If you are looking for a place that transmit the feeling of excitement and at the same time of tranquility, it is with great delight that we present Paim XXI Azores Apartment.

The Azores is an unique archipelago and the main sustainable destination in the world, so we can say that you will experience one of your best trips, since both the island and our accommodation will provide you with comfort and unique experiences of your daily routine.

With a clean design, this apartment sleeps up to five people. It is a new and modern environment that is ligted that transmits a pleasant environment.

It has a double bedroom that includes a private toilet, a bedroom with two single beds that have the possibility to come together and create a double bed and an extra single bed.

You can enjoy a common toilet, a large kitchen and living room with two access to the terrace, where you can enjoy a lovely sunset.

A parapharmacy, a grocery store and some restaurants and bars. are services where you can quickly access from the accommodation of the Paim.

With an surrounding environment in a quiet and safety area this comfort is ideal for those who want to explore the island during the day and rest during the night, enjoying all the corners of São Miguel.

Properly well located and close to everything you need to have an excellent stay. Our cozy apartment is located close to João Paulo II Airport (3,7 km away), to Portas da Cidade (2,6 km away), to São Francisco field (2,1 km away) and many other tourist attractions.

We can say that we are close to all the action which makes it great to relax.

On your arrival we provide all the information and tips to enjoy your stay in the most real and fulfilling way possible.

Bright spacious apartment.

Comfortable, spacious, apartment with bakery, small restaurant & supermarket all within 5 minutes walk. A nice 20 minute walk into the main city. Easy to park straight outside the apartment. Well equipped kitchen with everything you would ever need. Washer, iron, hairdryer. Also a lift if you have mobility issues. It was lovely, absolutely nothing to complain about.

Short stay in Sao Miguel

The apartment was great! Located nearby a large shopping center and a gas station we were never far from the essentials. A ~20 minute walk to the city center let us enjoy the city, as well, without having to compete for parking. Overall a great stay in a great location. The owners were helpful in getting us situated and we had no issues with regard to that. We highly recommend this location.

Great Stay

The apartment was a great location, easily accessible to a nearby mall and market for supplies. Also, very clean, light and modern. It was a lovely stay! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Trip to Share Family Roots

We had a wonderful time in Sao Miguel, and were excited to show our kids where their family rooms began. Having a great place to stay was critical to keeping my young adults engaged in the experience. The apartment is located very close to the down town core, and the freeway. This made getting around the island extremely easy. We were able to take in the entire natural beauty of the island, with minimal inconvenience. The apartment itself was modern, clean and bright. All amenities were working, and in really great condition. We could have used a few more towels, as drying clothes took longer than usual, due to the humidity. We did not really notice the lack of air conditioning. The apartment has some large windows, and opening them, was generally enough to keep the apartment comfortable. Communication with the property manager was done quite efficiently via WhatsApp, and Joana was very prompt in her response to a couple of questions we had. My family and I were discussing the trip on our return flight home, and we all agreed that we would stay here again.

Good Spot

Overall we had a good stay here. We were welcomed by the host in person and the apartment was very clean. The location was fine, no issues. Quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the mall, and about 15-20 to the city gates. Thanks again for everything. We would stay here again and recommend to a friend. I provided the following info to the host already, as they created a whatsapp chat grouo, which was super helpful. The apartment is a bit humid. Better circulation would help and removal of the shower curtains (use glass). There was only one dishwasher tab available. Suggest having a few more. Need more bath towels and less hand towels. The info booklet doesn't have information on how the buzzer works, check out, what to do with bedding, etc.. at the end. It would be good to have that info so we can help you be ready. Some sugar and tea and coffee would be good. The green tea and 5 sugars just wasn't enough for 2 of us who drink tea/coffee, let alone for a family of 5 if we all drank tea/coffee. Obviously, the worst part of the trip were the 3 signs from the neighbour and a landlord complaint about noise. It put a *big* down on our stay because it felt like we were being accused of doing something wrong when we were not. Thanks again for everything. We would stay here again and recommend to a friend.

Amazing property!! Absolutely perfect

Initially I was concerned about the rental because it was a new listing and I was travelling with my young family (kids 3 and 1). I connected with Ana and she was wonderful. She eased my concerns. Directed me to reviews of other places she manages and I took the chance and booked. We were so so so happy with the place! It is brand new and better than the pictures! Very spacious. Very clean. Very organized. And everything you could need for your stay. We spent 12 nights and wished we had more. There was a crib for our daughter and a high chair, and plastic dishes! Everything is furnished so nicely and all brand new. It is very functional. Very safe in a quiet new neighbourhood. Close to the mall (15 min walk) and an amazing garden/park that we frequented often. Ample free parking as well surrounds the complex. We were never worried about safety at any point. It's a short 7 min taxi into the town square/ocean and costs 5€. Ana was a perfect person to communicate with throughout and was always available to help if needed. We have nothing but great things to say about this place. Only thing worth mentioning is there is no air conditioning and when we stayed no fan. It was hot in the apartment but not intolerable. If you are looking at this place you should book it! It's wonderful.
