Chianchizze has its entrance along a narrow street in the beautiful old
town of Ceglie. A small door is the entrance to the living area with a
few steps down.
The ground-floor vacation home features low stone vaults, under which is theliving area with living room and TV, kitchenette, table and chairs, 2 single pouf beds, 1 half bath.
On the upper floor Casa Chianchizze there is 1 double bedroom. Spacious and bright, the room also has a small balcony. Upstairs there is 1 full shower room.

Casa Chianchizze is located in the historic center of Ceglie Messapica, one of the most beautiful and characteristic towns in Valle d`Itria. The town`s main square, Piazza Plebiscito, is a stone`s throw from the vacation home.
There are also restaurants, bars and services of all kinds in the immediate vicinity. Ostuni is about 10 km away, and Ostuni`s beaches are the closest and are about 20 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
