Also, it is a spot for bird watching; however, it is in the heart of the Colombo to provide easy access to any hot spot. For complete peace living with all amenities, this is one of the best locations in the city.
Only ten minutes drive to the 'Waters Edge' where two restaurants are Italian and Japanese. Also a spa and the bar facilities. Diyawanna Nature Reserve Park is at the exact location.
Jayawaradanapura Hospital is within walking distance.
There are several restaurants, street food, nature reserves, jogging tracks, buses and taxis, grocery and food stalls, shopping centres, medical centres, and hospitals within walking distance.
2000 Plaza is well known to Taxi, Uber, and many suppliers and within 15 minutes generally arrive. Public transport, Tuk-Tuk s, busses parked just outside the building. If you hire a car, free parking is allocated in the basement of the apartment. And there is extra free parking for visitors in front of the reception.
The southern highway is 10 minutes away, and you can visit Galle within 1 hr 15 mins. To New Kandy Road is 10 minutes.
Colombo City is 9Km away and 15 minutes drive with fewer traffic routes.
