PRIVATE BOUTIQUE VILLA with private access to the sea

The Villa is embedded in a pine forest, and it is literally one step away from the sea. It consists of six cottages forming a luxury residence for exclusive use.
It is an unusual accommodation, where the combination of exotic furniture together with Sicilian design, which is characterized by lava stone and hand-decorated ceramics, creates an unique design.
Villa d'Autore is perfect to work remotely and it has all the comforts to spend a dreamy holiday.


Space:
The house is located on the Tyrrhenian coast and is made up of 6 "huts" embedded in a pine forest adjacent to the sea.
The main structure of the villa consists of 3 huts. Inside you will find two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a bathroom, a living room with kitchenette and a dining area.
Externally the main building you can find another hut for a large kitchen with a stunning sea view.
In the garden you can find a beautiful terrace, with blue volcanic stone tiles like the sea in front of it. From here, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets overlooking the Aeolian Islands.
Beside the terrace there is a characteristic ceramic hut with a toilet and a shower.
Around the garden you will find hammocks and deck chairs. Within the center is an outdoor lounge where you can relax in the shade of its thatched roof.
The villa has a direct beach entrance, a lava stone barbecue, and a wood-burning oven.

Guest access:
The Villa has private access to a not touristy beach and the entire space is at your exclusive use. In the garden you will also have all the space you need to park cars, bicycles or motorcycles.

Other things to note:
We work with a tour operator, which takes care of introducing you to our territory through exclusive experiences.
Among the many experiences we offer cooking activities: including vegan cooking classes, learning typical Sicilian dishes, classes on how to make homemade pasta or how to cook fish. You can also book ceramics lessons, and visit a farm that produces typical spirits. Last but not the least take guided tours within the Nebrodi Park or to the Fiumara D'arte.
For those who do not want to cook, we also have a private chef who can cook for you, directly in your home. (This service is available through advance booking.)

POSITION:
The villa is located within the Nebrodi Regional Park. It is surrounded by a large pine forest bordering the sea.
It is an ideal location for nature lovers and for those who want to take a break from the city. From the villa there are several hiking trails, evocative places, such as the "Mulino di Caronia" or the "Nicoletta Waterfalls".
Nearby we also have the Fiumara d 'Arte, the largest open-air art park in Europe.
We are located between the villages of Caronia Marina (3 km away) and Santo Stefano di Camastra, the village of ceramics (5 km away). In both villages you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pharmacies.

Getting around the area:
If you choose this accommodation. We highly recommend to rent a vehicle (car, motorcycle or bike).
If you want to take a green vacation without a car, the train station in Caronia is reachable on foot (3 km away).
