The apartment in Empuriabrava has 1 bedroom and accommodates up to 4 people. It offers 44 m² of comfortable, exterior-facing space, located on the beachfront with sea views.

There are four swimming pools in the complex NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION PRICE. ALL ARE EXTRA PAYMENT. Price available at the building concierge. Communal pool (opening 15/06, closing 15/09).



It is located 50 m from the sandy beach, 150 m from the supermarket, 16 km from Peralada Golf, 20 km from the AVE/TGV Figueres train station and 65 km from Girona Airport. The apartment is in an ideal area for families and right by the sea.



It features a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room only, communal pool and television.



The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware, tableware, coffee maker and toaster.



Arrival time may vary depending on the season; it is recommended to contact the agency to confirm the exact check-in time.

Tourist tax and optional extras are not included in the price.

Die Terrasse mit elektrischer Markise ist sehr groß und mit Blick auf das Meer einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Wohnung in erster Reihe. Leider gehört kein Tiefgaragen Platz zur Wohnung, parken also am öffentlichen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Terrassentüre lässt sich nicht von außen schließen, auch ist kein Griff zum Zuziehen vorhanden.
