Everything about this house is perfect…. Marcos was very helpful..He replied to queries immediately… The house is spotless.. comfortable and very well equipped.. location couldn’t be better… a short stroll to shops.. bars .. restaurants and beach… everything on the doorstep yet very quiet .. beds are super comfortable… rooftop terrace is amazing…. It’s huge … furniture very modern and comfy… would recommend this house to anyone and we’ll definitely be back soon…

Great views and lots of room

The views are amazing from the roof top patio and a short walk to several cafe's. The beach is close by as well and the there were power adapters included as well. Everything was clean even to my wife's standards and the communication with the owner was fantastic. I would recommend this house to everyone

Marcos was a great host. He responded quickly to my questions. The house was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. It is a short walk to the beach which has an excellent promenade. You can walk all the way to Torremolinos and back, about 10 km return. The Mercadona grocery store is less than a 10 minute walk, a few blocks straight up Palmeras. You can find everything you need there. There are several great restaurants along Palmeras as well.. The train station is about a 20 minute walk up the hill which connects Benalmadena to several towns along the Costa del Sol. We ended up locking ourselves out by accident the second day we were there. We left the key in the lock, took the other key with us and shut the door, not realizing the door wouldn't unlock with the key still in the inside lock. We didn't have our phones either so couldn't contact Marcos. Thankfully we found a neighbour who could speak English. She came to our rescue and called a locksmith for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartment

We rented this apartment for 3 nights. The unit is spacious and comfortable. It has a lovely enclosed porch. We also enjoyed its proximity to restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this apartment!

Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful few days in the villa. We especially liked the terrace it is huge with views of the mountains and sea. The villa was brilliant, clean and everything you need. Plenty big enough for 6 people. In a lovely position, 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely return one day.

Summer break

Firstly the pros: Close distance to restaurants etc Great supermarket nearby Great views from roof terrace Great communication with Marcos regarding book in and issue with toilet seat which was dealt with Really comfortable beds. Not so good: I would say kitchen area let this property down with lack of space to sit comfortably for 4 persons. Lots of crockery had chips and we struggled to get 4 pieces of everything we needed matching Shower room in master bedroom and separate bathroom could do with some attention...black mould on shower curtain and grouting. Had to contact host to have fresh towels delivered and felt bedding should have been changed However we had a lovely time but hope Marcos sees these things as suggestions and not as criticism.
