The outdoor lounge is the ideal spot for an afternoon nap with the sounds of nature in the background—or the start of a lively evening with drinks and snacks. The perfect summer evening? A large garden table, a barbecue, and a trampoline for the kids. Grevelingen 74 is the ultimate destination for both summer adventures and cosy autumn or winter days.

You can park two cars at the house. There is also a charging point for electric vehicles available at an additional cost. Downstairs you’ll find a comfortable living room with open kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second toilet. The master bedroom features a luxurious bed with topper (160x200). The children’s bedroom can accommodate 3 to 4 kids with a cosy box bed (140x200) and a sofa bed (90x200) including a pull-out bed (80x200). The bathroom is modern and fitted with a bathtub and a separate shower.
