The Retiro III apartment is located just a five-minute walk from the famous Retiro Park, on Alcalá Street, between Príncipe de Vergara and Goya, an exceptional location.

With a capacity for 8 people, this apartment has been selected for the high quality of its finishes, decoration and good layout. The result is a classy and very welcoming apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all of them with double beds and two bathrooms with bathtubs. All beds of good quality for a good rest.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a very comfortable and perfect stay, plus the flat has heating, high-speed internet, dishwasher and washing machine.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify a maximum of 5 days in advance.

To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.



Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.



Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.



Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
