Villa New Vintage is located in Pazin on a property of 1800m2, the house itself has 400m2. In the basement of the Villa, you will find a billiard table and wine shop, smoking is allowed here. On the first floor of the Villa New Vintage, you will find the beautiful modern kitchen with all necessities you may need, a comfy living area, and one bedroom. The other bedrooms are located on the first floor.
All bedrooms have a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
This outdoor area with the heated pool (50m2) , garden, furniture, dining area, summer kitchen and BBQ is a great place to socialize with your loved ones. There is a fee for the heating of the pool in the off-season (01.10.-01.06.) of 250€ for a week.
On disposal, the guest also have a spa, sauna, fitness room with fitness equipment, Badminton, Golf, PlayStation, and a playground for children. Pets and events are allowed on request.
