This modern apartment, accommodating up to six people, is located on the third floor of a building with a lift, just five minutes’ walk from the main square of Puerto Pollença and a wide selection of bars, restaurants, and local amenities. The nearest beach is less than ten minutes away on foot, and a supermarket is situated directly opposite the building, making daily shopping easy without the need for a car.

The property does not have private parking, but free on-street parking is available in the area.

The apartment offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a second bedroom also with a double bed, and a third with two single beds. In addition to the en-suite, there is a second full bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a table with chairs, and next to it is a spacious laundry area. The living room is bright and airy, with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for six, and direct access to a furnished balcony with a table and chairs.

The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning with no time restrictions, ensuring comfort all year round.

Bicycles are not permitted to be stored inside the apartment.

This was our second stay at cormes, a very beautiful central apartment with a lift. Lovely balcony which we used for our evening meals and breakfast. The finishes in the apartment are very high quality. There there is nothing negative to say about it. We are returning this sept-October.

Cormes apartment is a fantastic property. 3 lovely bedrooms 2 bathrooms, beautiful lounge and a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The quality of the fittings was top drawer. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing looking up to puig mayor stunning. There isint 1 negative to say about the apartment. The owner was very helpful and so was marianna from sun villas. I can’t thank them both enough for our tremendous stay in puerto pollensa. I could go on and on about this super apartment. Hope to return.

Apartment was great, modern spacious and close to everything also opposite the supermarket which was great in the mornings for getting our breakfast-fresh croissants! Modern apartment could do with some more mirrors as there were a few women getting ready in the evening! Great space for children to play and a safe balcony with comfortable chairs Mariana and her husband were excellent at responding to our needs when booking apartment and then when arriving we needed an extra key which they brought straight away. Would definitely come back here

Great apartment in a great location

Just returned from a weeks stay in this lovely apartment having had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The apartment is very spacious, very well equipped in a great location 5 minutes walk from the beach, marina and bus stop and one minute from a large well stocked supermarket. Shops and restaurants are all very close by. Communication with Mariana was first class, responses were always quick and she was very helpful arranging for beach towels and a taxi to and from the apartment. The only downside was that the owners of the apartment below had a little dog which they let out on their balcony every evening where he constantly yapped at everything that moved in the street below for an hour or two. Fortunately he was quiet at all other times. Despite this we wouldn't hesitate to recomment this property.

Spacious and Well equiped apartment

We were delighted with this apartment - it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious and modern with comfortable beds and sofa, decent sized room and air con in all rooms. The apartment stays cool so air con not needed for us during the day. The kitchen is well equiped. There was a large TV with an internet box giving access to Netflix, Prime and others (own account needed). Also connected to satelite but only english channels were news. We had no problems or reasons for disatisfaction. Location is next to a good supermarket and only a short walk from beach, shops and restaurants. Finding a parking place can be hard but thgats true of any apartment - I always found somewhere not too far away. The only downside is that the 2 smaller bedrooms only have a window onto the utility room so no access to outside fresh air.

first rate apartment in Puerta Pollenca

We had a very relaxing stay. The apartment was first rate with all the mod cons needed for a great holiday. It was close to the beach and restaurants and the supermarket across the road was an added bonus meaning we could have fresh bread every morning and didn't have to carry the bottles of water very far! The owner was extremely helpful and arranged the taxis for us from and to the airport. We would recommend this apartment. Thank you Mariana!

Apartment was as perfect. Just as described and spotlessly clean.

Location was excellent, just off the centre of town with supermarket and restaurants almost on the doorstep. Separate laundry room with machine and drying area meant we could have travelled much lighter than we did as half the content of cases were left unused. Balcony great for alfresco dining as it captured sunlight all day out the front of the apartment.

Quality refurbished appartment

Very spacious well equipped modern appartment in refubished building with secure entrance. Lovely sunny terrace. With supermarket across the road and excellent deli 2 minutes away. Easy 5 minute walk to beach.
