Accommodation located in the Torre Levante skyscraper in Benidorm, with two bedrooms and capacity for 5 people. It has a cosy and very bright 65 m², situated on the first line of the beach, with views of the sea and the mountain.



It has a lift, fenced plot, iron, internet access (wifi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, communal swimming pool, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 2 Smart Tv televisions.

The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in takes place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of 200€ is retained by card or cash if necessary.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season may be delayed to 18:00h)

- Check out before 11:00h.

Only 3 night say, good location and good views - very modern except for 2nd bedroom

Location and views Unsure where to collect keys from and where to return them. Told I would receive a lock box code prior to departure but I had to call the emergency number at 7.15am on the day to find out what to do

Great apartment would definitely recommend this to others

Collected keys from office round the corner. Small walk with your case but not too bad. Collection desk people helpful. The door to the building wasn’t the easiest to open but was fine when you got the hang of it. Apartment lovely with stunning view. I would definitely go here again Issues with the keys the front door took a-bit of opening. On other issues

Great little find

It's all about the location the views are amazing, you can see the whole of the beach front as the windows open right up, There is a fully equipped kitchen including kettle, toastie machine, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and cooker with all the utensils you would need. Bedrooms were basic. Same with the 2 bathrooms. Some little things in need of repairreplacing like clothes drawers broken and cooker top chipped along with some broken floor tiles.

Voor hooguit één week.

Locatie was goed en het inchecken verliep vlot. Het appartement bood een mooi uitzicht. De ruimtes waren schoon. De slaapkamers waren wel heel erg krap en de badkamers nog krapper. Dat is behelpen. Wifi was prima. Het grootste nadeel van het appartement was de geluidsoverlast van buren.Vooral de voortdurend schuivende stoelen. Verder was de lift nogal eens in storing, niet leuk als je naar de 22e verdieping moet.

Vue et emplacement magnifique mais literies très mauvaises

Superbe appartement et la vue réelle est encore plus jolie que les photos. Cependant on a très mal dormi: matelas très dur sur tous les lits, oreillers tellement épais qu’on ne peut pas les utiliser et canapé lit pas du tout confortable et adaptable pour deux personnes. C’est LE point négatif mais de taille et c’est dommage

La ubicación es lo más espectacular. Las vistas son increibles y el apartamento está bastante nuevo. Lo peor es que el parking tiene muy reducidas plazas y tuve que dejar el coche fuera alguna noche.
