Indoor facilities
The villa features four airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a big indoor living and kitchen area with high-end amenities, and an amazing view from the whole property. The interior of the villa on the ground floor is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa features four airy bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms complete the layout of the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and access to private balconies. One of them is equipped with an extra terrace with sun loungers, an umbrella, sun chairs & a table. Each room has its air-conditioner, Smart TV & free Wi-Fi access & amazing Seaview! On the ground floor, there is a playroom with a pool table, a 75 Smart TV, a PlayStation, a Sofa, an Iron board and iron, a washing machine & tumble dryer. In the playroom lies a gym area, adorned with an array of gym equipment including a multifunctional gym machine, a stationary bicycle, a back extension machine, and dumbbells.


Outdoor facilities
Whether you choose to relax on the long sandy beach or take a tour of the beautiful island of Crete, theres nothing better than coming back to swim in the private pool or drinking a glass of wine and gazing at the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Outdoor, a living area, a dining table with a gas barbeque which is completed with patio furniture. The location of the villa is at a unique point and all the facilities are close by.


Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated free of charge for the months of October, and April till 15 May, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27?C depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of November till the end of March, the pool can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days advance notice for this facility.


2/3-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days.



Villa Solis is part of a complex of two villas, one above the other. Villa Luna is located on the lower level of the complex while Villa Solis is on the upper level.
