Welcome to Casa de Philippe, a beautifully designed two-level villa located in the heart of Agia Marina, one of Chania’s most sought-after seaside destinations. Combining artistic charm, modern comfort, and breathtaking natural surroundings, this unique home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing and unforgettable stay on the island of Crete.
Set among peaceful olive groves, and just 500 meters from the golden sandy beach, Casa de Philippe invites you to unwind in a private oasis while staying close to the vibrant energy of Agia Marina—with its renowned beach bars, shops, and tavernas.

On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room, along with a large dining area, perfect for sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends. It also features a huge, fully equipped kitchen, a shared WC with a shower, a bright sitting area with a dining table, and a relaxing corner with a desk where you can read or work. Additionally, there is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed.
The upper floor features 3 bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and there is also the possibility of adding a baby cot in this room.
There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a TV with Netflix, and high-speed WiFi available in all areas.
It is surrounded by olive groves and has panoramic views of the sea and the island of Agios Theodoros. The stunning sea view, as well as the tranquility of nature and the olive grove, you can enjoy from the four perimeter terraces, while the wonderful lush garden of Casa de Philippe has a central kiosk with a fully equipped barbecue and wood oven. Also has a large parking space.
