Apartment located in a complex featuring a magnificent semi-Olympic-sized pool

Newly renovated apartment with private parking, located in a beautiful residence featuring a large swimming pool equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas, showers, a clubhouse/restaurant reserved for residents, and a tennis court, all set in a beautiful garden with olive trees, pines, oleanders, and cicadas.

The apartment is ideal for a couple, possibly with children. It consists of a master bedroom with a bathroom featuring a shower, a living room with a sofa bed that easily converts into two comfortable single beds, a dining area, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, oven, and induction cooktop. Finally, there is a parking space in front of the apartment.

Most of your day will be spent in the residence’s garden, cooling off in the pool and relaxing on lounge chairs in the shade of the olive trees and umbrellas, listening to the cicadas. The pool, staffed by a lifeguard, is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. There’s also the Club House, nestled in the garden, where you can enjoy an aperitif, have dinner, lunch, or breakfast.

Alternatively, you can reach the charming center of Porto Santo Stefano—with its Spanish fortress, small harbors, and little restaurants—in a 15-minute walk down the steps leading to the town.
