A lesser-known gem hidden in the city's quirky 10th, Les Petites Écuries is a unique pocket of Paris, where quaint cobbles and historic stables have been reinvented as a hip hotspot for bar, cafes, and music. We can't think of a better way to immerse yourself in this unique atmosphere than by staying in a playfully designed attic apartment, nestled amongst the beams of an old-time Parisian building. Especially one with two subways on the doorstep, ready to whisk you around town.
LIVING ROOM
Crisp, white interiors and pared-back design create a refreshingly modern aesthetic to contrast with the rustic feel of those rough-hewn beams. Tucked under the eaves is a cushy sofa and a little dining table.. The sofa converts into a small double bed to sleep one guest.
KITCHEN
Tucked away behind the living room is a small but well-furnished kitchen with sage-green accents and one of our favourite architectural features — a glimpse of staircase disappearing into the ceiling.
BEDROOM
Up the stairs onto the mezzanine is every architectural design-lover's dream — a charming bedroom area nestled under sloping ceilings and rustic beams. A decorative sprinkling of house plants and ornaments offer some well-placed pops of colour.
BATHROOM
A jazzy geometric print zhuzhes up this little bathroom, which features a bathtub, single wash basin, and WC.
**To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.**
Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties.. A baby cot can be made available on request. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without a lift.
