Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat - Detached beach house, ideal for couples or a family with young children (perfect for a family of 4 plus an infant) - part of The Bay Filey holiday village - with pool and beach access nearby! The owners own the next door beach house - so its ideal to book alongside Sandy Bay Hideaway for a large multi family break!
Detached beach house, ideal for couples or a family with young children
Sandy Feet Retreat is located on Blue Anchor Road - a favourite for families - being located in the centre of the village, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Enjoy a spacious south facing terrace with long dog leads for your favourite friends to relax in the sun!
Enter Sandy Feet Retreat through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your left are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with two single beds.
There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors.
To the right is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with new corner sofa and SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the deck with seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside.
We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.
-Free unlimited wifi (high speed)
-SMART TV to the lounge area(with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins)
-TVs in both bedrooms with DVD in one
-Log burner (wood burning only - guest to supply logs)
-Lots of games and DVDs
-Dishwasher, Washer-dryer, Microwave
-Outside seating for 4 and dog leads to keep your furry friends safe and happy
-Allocated driveway parking bay for 2 cars front to back
-Tassimo Coffee / Drinks Machine Provided - bring your own pods / drinks
-Highchair, Travel Cot, Iron & Board and Hairdryer (bedding for cot needed)
-Price includes bedding and towels for each guest (except infant), high speed wifi, and all energy use (fair usage policy applies)
This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
