The apartment is located in the area of Las Adelfas, which is a very quiet and familiar area with a lot of greenery and small streets, but at the same time just a walk away from the city and all that La Cala de Mijas has to offer.



The Space:

Upon entering the apartment, you’re welcomed by a bright and inviting living area on the left. It features a large smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table for four, and a cozy balcony overlooking the pool — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The apartment offers two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and a modern bathroom with a shower. A separate laundry room, located just to the right upon entry, is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.



For a truly comfortable stay, the apartment is fitted with air conditioning in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with Netflix and international channels. Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway or an extended stay, this apartment provides all the comforts of home.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the area of Las Adelfas which is very quiet and familiar area with a lot of greenery and small streets but at the same time beachclose and just a walk away from the city and all that La Cala de Mijas has to offer. Around the knot is a family-owned restaurant, Ole! which is genuinely Spanish restaurant and very popular. There is also a Mercadona and bus stops nearby to easily reach Marbella and Fuengirola. There is free parking on the street outside.



Getting Around:

Many local amenities are within walking distance, including beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shops, allowing you to enjoy the relaxed village atmosphere without needing a car.



For exploring further along the Costa del Sol, a car is recommended. From here, you can easily reach Fuengirola, Marbella, Mijas Pueblo, and Málaga. Free or easy street parking is generally available in the area.



Public transport is also convenient, with bus stops nearby offering regular connections to Fuengirola and Marbella. From Fuengirola, you can access the train line that runs along the coast and connects directly to Málaga city and Málaga Airport.



Taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available, making it simple to get around at any time of day.

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
