Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

This house has everything we needed, more than enough room for people to spread out. The location was perfect for our vacation, close to downtown Frisco yet within 15 minutes of multiple ski resorts. We look forward to coming back!

Comfortable, roomy home with a great location

  • 5 of 5

Owner was great to work with, great location in Frisco - we walked to main street numerous times, central location to all the resorts. We had 10 people with plenty of room. Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. Full kitchen and new grill on the patio was convenient and saved us from paying for dinner out each night. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay for two families

  • 5 of 5

This home has all the amenities needed to keep two families happy. It has two family rooms for separate tv viewing pleasures. Hot tub is very close, you won’t get cold getting out and toweling off. Very close to Main Street and easy access to interstate. Loved it!

Lovely upgraded home

  • 5 of 5

Stayed 5 nights over Christmas and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our size party and is only a five minute walk to main street.

There are 2 living rooms with fireplaces and big screen tvs to allow for plenty of elbow room. 2 master suites upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs with king and queen beds. Newer grill and hot tub in the back patio makes for wonderful evenings.

We would rent the place again if we make it back to Frisco.

Amazing house, blocks from main street with all the amenities!!!

  • 5 of 5

What an amazing house! We stayed here over Thanksgiving with two other families and had a wonderful time. It was the perfect fit with two large master bedrooms upstairs, plenty of bathrooms for everyone and two great bedrooms downstairs. The new upstairs great room was an amazing retreat for the kiddos while we were cooking the feast or for the adults after the kids went to bed. The wood burning fireplace was cozy, a crackling fire at the end of day on Thanksgiving was a treat, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Barb, the owner, was a pleasure to talk to and was very responsive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this property!

Great property. Well kept and super easy to work with owner.

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here for 3 nights while 1/2 of our party was skiing and the other half was enjoying Frisco. Good space, easy access to downtown and to highways for the slopes. Owner was very attentive and helpful (no help was needed, but they did check up and make sure we had entrance instructions, even let us know when cleaning was done in case we could check in early).

About The Owner

We bought this home in 2006. We have 3 adult children and 7 grandchildren (ages 5 - 20) who love coming up here. I am a native of Colorado and believe that this is one of the best areas in the state as it is only one hour from our Denver home, but is central to 5 ski areas for winter use. We can tell you about our favorite sledding hills and cross county skiing/snow shoeing areas. It is also gorgeous in the summer and has the full amenities of biking, hiking, fishing, and all the activities which Summit County offers.

The Owner purchased this house in 2006

Why The Owner chose Frisco

We sometimes pinch ourselves for finding what we think is the perfect location. We have easy access to I-70 and 5 ski areas!! We are just a couple of blocks from Main Street, but are in a nice area with great neighbors. We can walk anywhere, are right by a great park, a beautiful creek, access to the bike path, and have a view!! Frisco is just a delightful, charming and friendly town.

What makes this house unique

When we bought this house, it already had mountain ambience with the pine cabinets and pine trim. In late 2017, we finished a 625 SF addition and significant remodel. We have worked hard to decorate it so that you would feel very comfortable, could relax, and not worry about 'fussy' accents. My parents owned a rental vacation home in the Rocky Mountains for 20 years prior to us buying this home, so we know what we needed to do to accommodate our guests. We take a lot of pride in our home and are just hoping you feel blessed here and that your 'soul' is refreshed and restored. There's just something about the privacy of a home (vs. a condo) and having a two car garage where you can safely store your skis, bikes, fishing poles, or ??? We have never had a negative comment from a guest. We are starting to get repeat guests.
