We had a long-term stay at this apartment and were very happy overall. The host was always easy to reach and responded quickly to any issues that came up. The location was also good, with everything we needed within easy reach. The kitchen equipment could be improved a bit, especially for longer stays, but overall we had a great experience. Thank you!

Very nice appartment, the only thing that was missing was a few more towels. There were no kitchen towels and only a large towel for each one.Otherwise, great location close to Plaza Espanya, everything reachalbe. Coming back again.

Great stay in Barcelona

We had a great time in Barcelona. the appartment is very pleasant and well equipped, perfectly suited to the 6 of us, the bathrooms have a good flow of hot water. the terrace area is very nic, sofa and TV perfect. Well-located, easily accessible. two things could be improved : bed quality (but not a big deal) and a quick paint refresh.

Not clean

We did not find the house clean. The radiators were brown and had dust on them. The seams of the shower were also very dirty. The sofa, which really needs to be replaced, had stains and there were used tissues under the cushions. The smart TV was unusable as you had to have a paid version to stream from your phone and there was no cable in the TV. The shelves under the TV also looked very fragile. The curtain rails were hanging loose and the curtain did not cover the entire window. The response time of the host was good and when we reported that we had no hot water, this was quickly resolved. In summary, I don't think this is value for the money we paid. Shame..

Hi Mees! You haven't mentioned us anything about the dust or the sofa! Please let us know next time during your stay. This way we can help you. Regarding the TV, the building does not have antenna. That is why the Tv is only smart. Thank you

Everything like the pictures, but.

As indicated in the ad and explained to you when you arrived at the apartment, I provide sheets and comforters for the beds, but no blankets. However, as you know, the next day my cleaning team went to bring you more to make you comfortable during your stay. The TV worked at all times, it is a Smart TV that works with the internet of the apartment.
