This wonderful villa has been exclusive to Jamesvillas and Jet2
For the last 18 years it has been a firm favourite with their clients , with many returning guests .

From 2023 you will now be able to book directly with the owner and take advantage of some great savings!


Casa Juan is the perfect villa for those who do not wish to hire a car which is conveniently located in a quiet residential area of Corralejo. In just a short stroll you will reach the centre of Corralejo where you will discover a variety of restaurants, shops and bars. A little further away, the spectacular National Park sand dunes can be found within a 15 minute walk, a paradise for surfers and windsurfers. This two bedroom property is designed in a Moroccan style and set on one level and is well furnished throughout. The villa includes a modern, fully fitted kitchen where your favourite family meals can be prepared and enjoyed outside whilst admiring the sunset. The comfortable lounge offer a space to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the satellite television. Two steps lead up to a double and twin bedroom both with fans, a full bathroom and a further separate WC. Patio doors lead out on to the sun terrace that surrounds the glistening swimming pool, which is also heated in the winter months, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb . Spend your days relaxing by the pool with your favourite book whilst enjoying the beautiful Canarian sunshine.

Lovely villa in quiet area

We have stayed here previously. It's a lovely villa, clean with everything you might need. We really enjoyed our stay. Ken kindly agreed to an early check in which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

The villa was lovely and clean and secure. We were given clear instructions on how to enter the property. We found the villa to be close to shops, bars and restaurants. We didn’t have a car and it was a 20 min walk to the main strip, this was fine with us. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely villa

The villa was lovely and perfect size for our stay. There are shops, supermarket and bars within 10 minute walk but main strip was more of a taxi ride.

Ideally situated on the outskirts of the town, away from the hustle and bustle yet with easy access to the beaches and shopping areas. The villa was cleaned to a high standard and the pool regularly maintained.

Nice property and very nice experience , pictures say all , quiet part of town and very peaceful. We enjoyed it a lot, only 1 small remark entrance door key is bit harder for unlocking but after a bit of time we managed to figure it out , thanks to the owners and ppl that maintain it

Lovely private villa

Lovely villa with all amenities you would expect to find. Very clean with mid holiday clean and linen change. Short walk from the beach and bars, lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Supermarket in walking distance. Good location for day trips, would recommended the dune buggies.

Peaceful and convenient

Everything we needed , pool was lovely and warm. Only two small criticisms on our arrival the fridge had been switched off and I’ve creams left in the freezer had melted and smelt dreadful . So I had to spend 15 minutes on arriving trycleaning and also the mattress protector had a waterproof backing making it very sweaty and sit didn’t stay on the bed well. Overall though a lovely week ., in a great location

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und das merkt man an vielen Kleinigkeiten. Z.B.: Im Gäste -WC ist der Wasserhahn defekt. Das Wasser läuft an mehreren Stellen aus dem Hahn.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist dürftig: Es sind gerade 4 Tassen vorhanden. Dass keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist, hat uns nicht überrascht.Alles in Allem bietet das Haus für den Preis zu wenig.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter bestand aus einem handschriflichen Zettel, in dem wir gebeten wurden während der Bettwäschewechslung nicht anwesend zu sein.

Vacances parfaites

La Casa Juan est parfaite pour des vacances en famille. Elle est spacieuse, bien pensée et ne manque de rien. Il y a tout pour se sentir comme à la maison! La pisicine est un véritable plus et elle se situe à Corralejo, à une 10aine de minutes du centre avec tous ses restos et boutiques. La plage est assez près également mais je recommande de prendre sa voiture 5 minutes et de se rendre sur les grandes plages sauvages avec dunes de sable blanc. Wunderschönes Feriendomizil!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Es ist ein schönes kleines Häuschen. Alles sehr privat da ein mauer die Blicke der Nachbarn abhält. Der Pool ist wunderbar bei dem Wetter. Die Ausstattung war alles in allem sehr gut. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Nette Villa mit schöner Einrichtung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Dass Bett sehr bequem. Ein schöner Außenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, Pool und Liegen. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken durch Schlüsselsafe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen angenehmen Urlaub verbracht.

Verblijf Casa Juan

We hebben 12 dagen doorgebracht in Casa Juan. Prettige plek om te verblijven. De accommodatie is wat verouderd, maar alles is aanwezig. Je leeft ook meer buiten dan binnen. Linnen wordt eens per week gewisseld en het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden.
