Fantastic place

The apartment was beautiful,clean and modern,really quiet and private and had a cosy feel. Really close to the beach and restaurants. It was perfect for what we needed to relax. I would definitely go back and recommend this place.

Stayed here for the second time and cannot fault the property.Host Steph &Lionel and the nicest and most helpful couple I will be back next year.

This property was perfect just were we wanted to stay in the part of town we wanted .

The property was clean and had everything we wanted. The pool was kept clean and the area around was pleasant. We had a car for our stay and there was always parking available outside. Close to shops and bars and you could walk to the local beach but we drove to the dunes

Ideal accommodation, ideal location, ideal hosts.

Thoughtfully furnished and equipped, this accommodation also comes with an impressive array of toiletries and detergents. We have stayed at many VRBO properties around the world, and this one clearly rates amongst the best. Having the owners on site adds to the convenience. The location, so close to the town’s attractions, and yet surprisingly quiet, is another bonus.

First time in CORRALEJO

Great stay for our week in CORRALEJO. Apartment was in great position as walking distance to all we needed but quiet with it as only 3 apartments. Fabulous roof terrace a little small if you wanted to cook but so many good restaurants nearby not a problem. First time in Fuerteventura and hopefully not our last.

Caravela had everything you need for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Corralejo. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, excellent communication from start to finish & location is 5 mins walk from beach, shops & lovely harbour in the evening. A Little Oasis of Calm

Beautifully designed, decorated and equipped apartment with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The garden area around the small pool is excellently designed to create a tranquil and comfortable area for relaxing. Views from the pool area and the top floor terrace are quite stunning. The apartment (1 of 3 ) is private and secure. It is in a great spot, far enough away from the town to be noise free but only a short walk away for restaurants, bars and shops. Communication with Stephanie was excellent both before and during our stay. Arrival information, received via Whatsapp was clear and easy to follow. We would have preferred less info on bars/restaurants (there was absolutely tonnes of it) and more focus on places of interest to visit on the island. We would not hesitate to recommend Casita Carabela to family and friends.

Good location

Just really a couple of things. Mosquito nets at windows would be a great help. Didn't sleep very well with window closed. Mosquitoes would come in. Yes there is air conditioning but I'm asthmatic and it affects my chest. Also there is a net covering the bed to keep the mosquitoes out, but it could do with a good wash. I didn't like it around me. Second little thing was the toaster it hasn't been cleaned for a little bit , took it down from the cupboard and crumbs everywhere all over the floor. Brushed up the floor underneath a cupboard and there was two dead cockroaches. One little pillow each really is not enough could have probably for another one. The pool was small but nice. 10 minutes walk from the town.

Dear Lynda, I am always surprised by this type of comment at the end of a stay, when we are there every day, you can ask us for everything you need and tell us what is not suitable. Besides, we exchanged several messages without any sign of dissatisfaction on your part. If the mosquito net of the bed did not suit you, it was enough to remove it, it is cleaned every month. Our accommodations have 3 hours of cleaning before each arrival, if you have had cucarachas it is possible because with the rains of the previous week and the heat there are some in the gardens, but we have traps in our accommodations to kill these totally harmless insects, that's why you found dead ones. You don't mention it, but we think the bottle of cava and the box of chocolates for your birthday made you happy. Good continuation and take care of you.

Carabelissima !!

Nous rentrons de Casa Carabela où nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La propriété est proche du centre de Corralejo, de toutes les commodités, magasins, supermarchés, restaurants, pubs, terrasses, ... Ceux qui souhaitent aller à la plage à pied peuvent également le faire en quelques minutes. De façon étonnante, la maison n'en demeure pas moins silencieuse et la vue dégagée sur l'océan est fabuleuse. Pour ceux qui préfèrent les plages plus sauvages, le parc naturel des dunes est à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. C'est fabuleux. Au-delà des prestations proposées et/ou offertes, et de l'extrême propreté des lieux, nous remercions sincèrement Stéphanie et Lionel pour leur accueil : disponibilité, discrétion et sympathie. Merci merci pour cette bonne semaine !!! Compte tenu de la météo, nous aurions passé une bon séjour. Chez vous, il a été excellent ! Nous avons regardé le tableau des dispos et pensons revenir en avril ... :) Bruno prendra ses affaires de sport !!!

Superb property, great location!

We have been to the island 19 times and have stayed in many villas, hotels etc but this has to be one of the best places we have stayed at. Location is very close to town for all the restaurants/bars and supermarkets. Casita Carabela is beautifully decorated and is very well equipped, it's perfect for 2 people. The outside area is so beautiful, time has been taken on the landscaping and the pool is ideal to dip in when you need to cool down. Communication from Stephanie & Virginie was so friendly, clear and concise from check-in to check-out, when there was bad weather for 3 days (worst weather in 10 years, very rare) Valerie reached out to ensure we were OK and when we had problems getting a taxi to the airport she sorted that out as well. We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay at casita carabela had everything we needed. comfortable nights 😴 too. Fabulous shower! peaceful little oasis! lovely pool with jacuzzi. Superb views on the top terrace. close to main centre of corralejo all in walking distance. we are definitely returning!

Traumhafte Wohnung in der traumhaften Casita Carabela

Wir haben noch nie eine so geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung als Urlaubsdomizil gehabt. Es war einfach toll - Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen. Da hat alles gestimmt: die Lage, der Blick, die Einrichtung, die bequemen Betten, der tolle beheizte Pool, unsere gemütliche Terrasse - und - nicht zu vergessen - die superfreundlichen Gastgeber - Stéphanie und Lionel. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen!!!! Danke noch einmal! Es war perfekt!!!

Prachtige accommodatie op schitterende locate!!

Heerlijk verblijf super mooi ingericht met alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Prachtige locatie alles op loopafstand. Lionel en Steffy zijn geweldig als gastheer en gastvrouw. Ontzettend vriendelijk en niks is ze teveel we werden zelfs door hen opgehaald van de luchthaven ( natuurlijk wel tegen betaling? Ik zou het deze accommodatie bij iedereen aanraden.

A perfect little oasis

Arrived late at night and the Hoppa bus wasn't the best choice of transfer as they didn't know where to drop us. However it all worked out eventually. Might be something to consider if you are coming for the first time or at least know the property number, which is 14, by the way. (I had only taken note of the name although having looked at the website again it is quite obvious!) When we woke up next morning we were in this gorgeous little oasis of art and beauty both inside and out. The owners clearly have an artistic talent and their efforts made it very homely and relaxing. You are literally 3 or 4 minutes walk from the centre of Corralejo but all you can hear in the garden is birdsong, for us it was perfectly situated and had everything we needed. Thank you to Stephanie and Lionel for creating this little oasis which gave us a fantastic and relaxing holiday.

Lionel and Stephanie are great hosts. We went to play paddle with Lionel and we jused the mountainbikes for a great ride! Are apartment was very clean en it was nice that it is close to the beach and the Corralejo centrum. We had a great vacation!

Perfect, couldn’t have asked for more

Casita Carabela is a perfect little apartment tucked away in Corralejo. Accessed via a locked gate, the owners home & 3 casitas are very private and peaceful. The communal area & roof terrace is beautifully & restfully decorated. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for enjoying Corralejo which has some wonderful restaurants. I would also recommend a trip to El Cotillo and Lajares. Stephanie & Lionel are very welcoming, on hand if you need them, invisible if you don’t leaving you to relax & enjoy. We are holiday home owners ourselves & appreciate the hard work that goes in to delivering such a great place to stay. We will definitely return....

Paradise

What can we say. There are not enough superlatives in our vocabulary. Stephanie and Lionel were wonderful hosts. Stepping through the gates it felt like walking into a little oasis of peace and tranquility.The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated and furnished with high end fixtures and fittings.The gardens were beautifully landscaped with lovely quirky touches The pool was a wonderful bonus and it even had a jacuzzi! Casita Carabela was a great place to relax although it was only a short stroll to the centre and beach.A perfect location. We loved every minute of our holiday and cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Will definitely be returning to this beautiful apartment in a super resort on a wonderful island. Many thanks again to Stephanie and Lionel who must have put their hearts and souls (and hard work!) into making this accommodation perfect in every way.
