Beautiful chalet for 4 people in a quiet location. with beautifully landscaped garden. Recognized by the Walloon Community.

Chalet Les Hortensias is located in Somme-Leuze, a few kilometers from Durbuy. The chalet can accommodate 4 people and has a beautiful garden behind the chalet. You have a living room with wood stove, dining area and lounge (TV), open equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove), 2 bedrooms 2 X 2 pers. (1x160 + 1x140) bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet.

Electric heating and reversible heat pump.
On the south side there is a terrace, with furniture and parasol.
Under the chalet there is also a garage for bicycles or motorbikes.
PETS NOT ALLOWED.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Our satisfaction is more than good but not that fantastic. The chalet is well situated to explore the region so this is fantastic; the chalet itself and the use of some equipment lacked written information. Regarding air conditioning, if there is any, we couldn't find it (or the system in place profuced more heat than cold air). Furthermore, the 3 mosquito nets found in the chalet and garage took us 2 days to finally install them properly whitout leaving gaps big enough for flies and mosquitoes to come in "en masse" and really be annoying during evenings and nights. This should be modernized or updated as much as possible, especially during a heatwave like this week. The staff at the reception center or the online support are really very good (only good things to say about them).
