Outside there is off-road parking, lockable bike storage, a rear, lawned garden, a side with a patio and pond, and a front gravelled area. Guests also have shared use of estate grounds and facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool, children's play area, and fishing lake. Pet-free and smoke-free. Note: Booking is required for the swimming pool and there are two WCs and limited changing facilities. Note: Licence required for fishing, equipment can be hired locally.
