There's also a kitchen/diner, a dining room, a sitting room with an open fire, a second sitting room with woodburning stove and a shared games room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a TV, WiFi, a selection of books, games and DVDs. Outside there is off-road parking, lockable bike storage, a rear, lawned garden, a side with a patio and pond, and a front gravelled area. Guests also have shared use of estate grounds and facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool, children's play area, and fishing lake. Pet-free and smoke-free. Note: Booking is required for the swimming pool and there are two WCs and limited changing facilities. Note: Licence required for fishing, equipment can be hired locally.
