The flat has a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a large living room with an open plan kitchen, a shower room with an Italian shower and a sofa bed for 2 people. Television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine (pods). You will also benefit from a parking space with the flat, the residence is secured by an electric barrier. You will benefit from hotel services with a welcome on arrival, beds made on arrival and cleaning on departure. Two deposits must be paid on arrival: one of 100€ for the beep of the electric barrier and a second of 900€ for the flat (which will not be cashed unless damage is noted on departure).
