A nice house, be aware that the curtains leave loads of light thru in the mornings and the door does have a complex way of closing. the rest is great !

Great little cottage in Europarcs resort. Can bike to town for groceries, etc. Great on site restaurant. Lots of biking/walking options.

Beautiful Cabin in a wonderful area

Great accomodation set in the National Park of Utrechtse. Our cabin was in a lovely location positioned to give privacy and ease of access. We had plenty of natural light (we noted that some units were very shady). Very clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. The parc had a lovely indoor pool with a splash pool for younger children and a flume for those more daring. The bistro on site closes the kitchen quite early in the evening so we were unable to try this. The on site mini market was poorly stocked with no essentials like milk and bread. There was a laundry which was card payment only. Great location for touring the area by bicycle or car and plenty of hiking routes. The nearby village of Maarn has a large supermarket and local shops. Joli is a great gift shop and has a pop up coffee shop serving lovely coffee and homemade cakes all served by a friendly young lady. The train can be boarded at this village taking you into Utrecht in 18 minutes and runs every half hour.

Nice place

Please be aware that you are assigned a "house" upon arrival. This means the interior may or may not look like the one on the VRBO listing. It's nice to walk through the park in and amongst the houses and trees. We did not use the indoor swimming pool. No where in the listing does it indicate you need to "rent" towels and linens if you don't bring your own which is what we had to do since we were coming from Canada. There was no soap or shampoo provided and just one roll of toilet paper. The kitchen is adequate, but the refrigerator is very small and there is no toaster. We are guessing there's no insulation in the house walls, as you can clearly hear people talking as they walk by your rental or leave early in the morning. Sadly, communication with Europarc was very poor. A month before our arrival, I noticed that we had not paid for our reservation (made in February). I contacted VRBO who said payment is made directly to Europarc via a link that Europarc would send to me. With VRBO's help I received the link after a long week of waiting and communicating with VRBO many times. Europarc did not respond to any messages sent to them via the VRBO listing. The office has limited operating hours: They said check-in was 4pm, but they called me at 2pm asking when I was going to arrive as they closed at 5pm. Overall, we did like the rental and its setting, but the non-communication ordeal and getting the link to pay took way too long and caused undue stress.

Het huisje was prima, geen idee van de eigenaar, we stonden om 16.00 in de rij om de sleutel op te halen en ik moest me ook identificeren. Toch een heel verschil met het huren van een huisje van een directe eigenaar ipv een vakantiepark. De vorige huisjes bij vrbo waren dat wel dus niet goed genoeg opgelet bij het boeken.

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Chalet

Der Aufenthalt in unserem kleinen Europarks-Chalet war entspannt. Check-In lief problemlos. Die Chalets liegen auf kleinen Grundstücken sehr nah beieinander. Ähnlich wie auf einem Campingplatz hat man die Nachbarn stets gut im Blick. Für uns als Camper völlig okay, wer aber mehr Abgeschiedenheit aufgrund der Fotos erwartet, wird sie hier nicht finden. Das gesamte Gelände ist sehr weitläufig und der Weg zur Rezeption kann zu Fuß kann schon mal 10 Minuten und mehr dauern. Was in der Rezeption als Einkaufsmöglichkeit angegeben ist, entspricht einem Tante-Emma-Sortiment im Miniformat; es waren ein paar Rollen Chips, einige Flaschen Wein, ein paar Pakete Nudeln und drei Sorten Brötchen in Regalen hinter dem Rezeptionstresen zu finden. Aber man hätte sich die Lebensmittel per App/ Handy in einem Supermarkt in der Gegend bestellen und auf den Platz liefern lassen können. Die Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt war aus der Internetbeschreibung leider nicht ersichtlich. Wir haben mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten gebraucht. Die Strecke ist aber auch mit dem Rad gut zu machen. Die Radwege sind super ausgebaut und Räder sind in der Rezeption zu mieten.

Alles bestens

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen, was sicherlich daran lag das wir etwas außerhalb der Hauptsaison da waren. Es wäre allerdings ganz gut, wenn die Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption ebenfalls in den Unterlagen zu finden wäre und nicht nur auf der Online Seite. Alles in allem sind wir aber absolut zufrieden gewesen und werden sicherlich mal wieder bei EuroParcs eine Unterkunft mieten. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schön!

Toller Ferienpark in ruhiger Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen und Probleme hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super. Wir waren fünf Tage da und haben das Gefühl nicht annähernd alles gesehen zu haben. Auch die Ferienwohnung ist super Ausgestattet und sauber. Immer wieder gerne!

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Chalet stand unter Bäumen in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Die Ausstattung war ok, es war alles da, was man braucht. Das Schwimmbad ist klein aber fein. Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist zentral, man ist nicht weit von z.B. Utrecht, Amsterdam und der Nordsee entfernt. Das Henschottermeer war fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gerne wieder!

Die Anlage und die Unterkunft sind sehr gepflegt. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich ein Supermarkt und der Bahnhof in Maarn. Von dort aus sind wir mit dem Zug nach Utrecht Centraal und Amsterdam Centraal gefahren (Tickets vor Ort oder über die App „Train“). Vielen Dank. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

V erblijf Maarn

Fijn huisje aan de bosrand, wel erg warm met deze warme dagen waardoor het lastig was te slapen. Ook gehorig vanwege groepen die laat te bed gingen. Alles was compleet, ik miste alleen fijne tuinstoelen om op te zitten. Het bordje om de deur te openen ontbrak bij het huisje maar verder gewoon n fijn huisje om in te verblijven. Het kleine supermarktje op het terrein stelt weinig voor en heeft voor zo’n groot park weinig te bieden
