White Pearl Beach1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Romano gym, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The floral gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months

. The apartment has marble floors throughout and is air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with fibre optic WiFi and internet TV with 150 channels in multi languages .
The kitchens is fully equipped with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, oven hob and microwave , filter coffee maker
The price is inclusive with no extras to pay
The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is reserved underground parking.
There is a 25 sq m terrace facing south and overlooking the gardens and pools with sunbeds for all day sun, with a large sunblind if you prefer shade.
There are restaurants and shops within a short walk

Great apartment with beautiful grounds. Restaurants and shops just a short walk away with easy bus routes into marbella and other nearby locations. The pools had plently of loungers. Easy access to the beach where we were able to enjoy some freat water sports. We had a great time!

Lovely Complex in an amazing location!

The apartment is situated in a gated community, very safe with 24 hr security and grounds are kept extremely well.Pools are amazing, lots of beds and room and no fighting for sun beds, there are always plenty!The beach is a 2 minute walk at most and has a great vibe, very clean with lots going on.There are also lots of bars and restaurants and 2 supermarkets within walking distance , you won’t need a car.The apartment is nice if a little dated but we had everything we needed. The aircon is a dream!Communication with the hosts was always quick and they were very helpful.We would be happy to return and hope to do so next year, we had a lovely holiday

Terrible.

Dirty and smelly and not even the most basic of items such as a tea towel or dish cloth. Absolutely awful and we left half way through and checked into a local hotel.

Fantastic location

Very pleasant accommodation and much appreciated terrace! The kitchen and masterbed could use an update, but it didn’t ruin our stay. The cockroaches almost did though, but the weather and the rest of the accommodation won! We hope you manage to totally exterminate all cockraoches out of the appartement as we would love to come back again.

Fantastic stay would definitely return!

We had a really great stay at this white pearl beach apartment. The property is very spacious with a lovely outdoor terrace and we were very comfortable. The location of the properly is a real highlight, just a few seconds from the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants. The grounds are lovely, the pools very clean and the complex felt safe and secure. The host was very prompt with communication and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and will return!

Comfortable apartment , great location.

Comfortable apartment with good sized terrace overlooking the 2 lovely pools on site. Close to the beach with a great choice of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Lieu très sympathique bien entretenu. Mais des millions de moustiques avec la marre dans le jardin.

Séjour très désagréable à cause des moustiques, nous sommes tous les trois couverts de piqûres, démangeaisons et infections.

Una experiencia para repetir...

El apartamento está situado en una estupenda urbanización muy bien ajardinada. Tiene tres piscinas y nunca había excesivo barullo. Se encuentra a escasos 2 minutos de una playa estupenda y un par de chiringuitos donde tomar buenos espetos. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de estos días. Yo le pondría dos peros: Podría tener alguna televisión más ya que solamente tiene una, no muy grande en el salón. Y lo peor es que tuvimos varios encuentros con cucarachas. No es que sea una plaga pero en los 15 días que estuvimos nos encontramos con unas 7 u 8 andando por la casa.

Leuk verblijf aan Nikki Beach

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad op dit verblijf. Het is een mooie, ruime, woning. Het heeft een groot terras met tafel en stoelen en 4 ligbedden. Zwembaden zijn schoon en met voldoende ligbedden. Op 3 min loopafstand van het strand waar ook meerdere eettentjes zijn. Tenminste vijf restaurants binnen loopbereik over het strand.

Great Week

A very good, spacious apartment, adequately equipped with everything required. Situated in an excellent secure development, surrounded by beautiful gardens and pool areas, which are well maintained. Beaches, good restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. We were only a couple, but would be quite suitable for a family.

The apartment a little to far away from amenities and bus service for us with the up incline making it longer you need transport. Tha apartment ideally situated for full sun all day and in the best location of White Pebble Beach it is also only a few minutes walk to lovely beach,however the apartment is very tired and lacks a good clean could have done with some cleaning materials went to use the mop and it put more dirt on the floor, the owners need to address this as a filthy mop says it all,no instructions for cooker even the loungers outside were hard work to use, having said all this new loungers were brought on the day we left and I know the owners are looking to make changes, which would then put them at the top where they should be. The apartment was a great disappointment, much below standard. Never wish to return.

Great discomfort in apartment rented, shabby contents threadbare inadequate bedding,no loo roll/soap on arrival! This caused my sister & I to investigate rentals generally In Andalucia. It appeared that not only is the proprietor currently unlicensed to operate in Andalucia but the apartment failed most, if not all, or the regulations laid down in the Andalucian Holiday Property Rental Laws of 2016. We would not recommend the apartment, any other properties the proprietor may own or your organisation to anyone. However the location is delightful.
