A great stay in Marbella

The property description is extremely accurate. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with. The apartment is in very good condition and very well equipped, including the kitchen, TV, WiFi, towels, etc. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment

On a good day you can see the Atlas Mountains in north Africa as well as the sea, which was a bonus. The property is well maintained and better than the pics. Well worth the money and fantastic location to get to local amenities by car in 5 mins.

Excellent Apartment

Just returned from a 9 night stay in this lovely apartment. The overall experience from start to finish was excellent. Prior to arrival, Ragni sent all the relevant info that was required. Despite a late arrival, Luke was there to greet us and talked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment and was really helpful and friendly. He also made it clear that if we needed anything during our stay, we could contact him. The apartment itself was as described in the listing and was actually larger than we had imagined. The furnishings and level of equipment were excellent and provided a comfortable stay. The apartment is located next to the main pool area, which is spacious and has a large main pool with a smaller children's pool. There was never any issue getting a lounger when we used the pool. The communal areas in the complex are kept spotlessly clean, there were always cleaners and gardeners tending to something! As far as location, the apartment is set in the Santa Maria complex within Elviria. A car is needed as the nearest shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, probably a good 20-30 minutes walk. The nearest beach is Nikki Beach, which is lovely, but the entire coastline contains numerous beaches which are easily accessed by car. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. If you want to just go and relax, the poll area provides this. If you want to explore further afield, it provides a great base as it has really good access to all the local resorts. The quality of the apartment is excellent and is great value for money if you compare it to similar properties in the area. Thanks to Ragni and Luke for the service, we really enjoyed our stay!

Une séjour magnifique avec mes 3 ados dans ce spacieux et luxueux appartement où tout était parfait !Son emplacement sur les hauteurs du Golf de Marbella, vous offre une belle vue sur le mer depuis la terrasse du salon.La piscine de la résidence est très belle et très grande, bien entretenue, surveillé et des transats sont toujours disponibles.Sa proximité avec les plages et le centre ville est idéale : vous êtes au calme mais proche de tout.Je le recommande très fortement !!!

Très bonne expérience

L’appartement est situé dans une résidence très calme, à 2 pas de l’axe principal.Les piscines sont très agréables, aussi bien la grande que la petite, la terrasse qui donne cote cuisine semble être en rez de chaussée, ce qui n’est absolument pas un problème car il y a une démarcation claire entre la rue et la résidence et, de plus, cette rue est une impasse très peu fréquentée.La literie mériterait d’être un peu meilleure.

Airco defect

Helaas ging de airco kapot de laatste 5 dagen, er was geen bedrijf beschikbaar om dit op te lossen helaas. 5 nachten nauwelijks geslapen door de hoge temperaturen. De eigenaar verschillende keren gemaild maar gaf aan onze klacht maar bij VRBO neer te leggen. Jammer dat het zo is gelopen en er geen oplossing te vinden was.

Un desastre

La casa es muy bonita, y cómoda, pero muy sucia.. El primer día me tuve que poner yo a limpiar porque daba pena, la verdad. Al día siguiente me mandaron a alguien que limpió, algo, porque tampoco lo dejo bien. Me he pasado toda la semana con una gotera en uno de los baños.. Menos mal que había otro. 3 veces vinieron y no lo arreglaron... Todo y inundado y sonido de goteo hasta por la noche... El propietario, ni caso me hizo, sólo me contestó cuando puse la queja en Vrbo.y me dijo, es lo que hay!! Después de perder 3 mañanas de mis vacaciones por tener que estar allí mientras lo intentaban arreglar No volvería nunca jamás

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gefallen und der kurze Weg zum Pool war ideal. Praktisch war auch die Tiefgarage und der Lift. Das Geschirr, die Töpfe und Pfannen waren in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne uneingeschränkt weiter.

A Perfect hoilday

Hi Ragn We really enjoyed our 2 weeks holiday at your lovely apartment. It was extremely clean, and comfortable and we felt at home immediately. We found everything to be just as described and as shown in the photographs. The pool area was also lovely and the pool itself was very clean. The area had a couple of really good restaurants; the Steak House we found was very good but we especially liked the PlayWright, where the food was excellent. Overall we had a very relaxed and restful holiday. Just what we wanted :-)

Truly wonderful apartment!

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful apartment! It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The swimming pools were great, and it was fanastic to have the very safe shallow children's pool adjacent to the adult pool. Although we didn't use the Golf Course, it provided stunning scenery every time we left the apartment. Elviria itself has a number of good shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, all within a few minutes drive from the apartment. Nikki Beach, which is 5 minutes drive away, was also lovely!

Fabulous apartment!

We have nothing but good things to say about this place. My husband and I spent 9 nights at the apartment this month (July 2016). We knew as soon as we arrived that we were going to enjoy our stay. The apartment is very well maintained and really clean, the decor is lovely and modern and it is really spacious. The aircon system is really good too which was definitely needed as it was around 30 degrees c everyday! There are two outside patio areas, one at the front which gets the sun all day and one at the back which is covered and good place to eat breakfast/lunch etc. There is a lovely big modern tv in the living room and two big comfy sofas, and a large dining area. The Santa Maria golf course is gorgeous and there are some lovely views around the resort. The pool areas are lovely and clean, there are two really close to the apartment within a few mins walk. The big pool was quite busy with children at times but I guess this is because it was summer holidays, the smaller one was quiet and had sun beds available. There is a lift down to the car park, which was handy for suitcases, these could also be used to get up and down to the apartment but we took the stairs as was only one flight but I think it would be fine if you have kids or are a wheelchair user. There is also free road parking which was handy at times. I would recommend that you hire a car when staying here as the beaches and shops and restaurants I can imagine are quite a walk, as there are some steep hills (we didn't attempt it though as it was too hot). Marbella and Puerto Banus were only a ten minute drive, which was great and there was a lovely reasonably priced gym nearby too which the owners told us about. This place has everything you need. The owners were fantastic, they were very helpful and really accommodating. We can't wait to go back!
