Palmvillas 39B is a 3-bedroom spacious villa, located in a calm residential area of Vilamoura, a well-known resort to have all the amenities you expect for a relaxing memorable holiday, whether you prefer to spend your time in the villa premises or take advantage of the existing adventures offered at the Marina. There is one double queen size bed on the ground floor, and two twin bedrooms on the first floor one of which has a large private terrace. There is also one bathroom on each of the floors. The kitchen furnished in a country style is very spacious and fully equipped. In the garden there is a private pool 4 by 8 meters (13 x 26ft) as well a a BBQ set in a tropical garden rich in palms and well-kept plants. The large living/dining room (54 m2 = 600 sq ft) has a dining table for 8 people and a French door that opens out onto the garden. Close by, 1,5km away there a 2 fully stocked supermarkets which meet all your needs during your holiday, including a variety of fresh baked bread at all times, 7 days a week. In the town of Quarteira you can easily find many family run restaurants for traditional meals at very economical prices. The villa situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Vilamoura.
This villa is semi-detached to Palmvillas 39A but each have their private grounds, pool and BBQ. Midweek cleaning with change of towels.

We had a wonderful holiday in Carlos’s Villa. The accommodation was beautiful and Carlos was a friendly and helpful host. The area was convenient to both Quarteira and Vilamoura. We would love to return in the future.

Fantastic week in this lovley villa

Carlos is a great host, very quick to answer and questions or queries. The property is very clean and well apointed. Pool was a great size and very clean. We hired a smqll car to run about in and qhere only 5 - 10 mins from 3 large supermarkets. 5 min drive down to the beach at Quartera. Will come back again, got lucky with october weather had a great time.

great stay!

Arrived on 20th September and was warmly greeted by Carlos the owner. The property is very well maintained and is very spacious with a lovely pool area as well as being in a good location for Vilamoura and Quartiera. Carlos was always on hand if needed and I would certainly recommend this house to anyone who is travelling to the Algarve. I have no hesitation in booking this property again and would like to thank Carlos for his hospitality. The worst part of our holiday was having to leave! Many Thanks Again.

Beautiful Villa

We spent a month in the villa which is in a beautiful location close to the facilities of Vilamoura, Quateira and of course the beautiful beaches and also near to the golf courses.The area is stunning and well looked after. The villa is lovely with really pretty, well looked after gardens with a good swimming pool. Even though we were there in the Spring the weather was good and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Carlos, the owner, was very friendly and helpful with details about the area and Portugal in general - thank you Carlos for making our stay so enjoyable.

Fabulous villa

We stayed at this wonderful villa for 1 week. The villa was immaculate and had everything needed for our stay including beach towels to use at the pool. The villa is set in a lovely, peaceful location and just a short walk from the shops and marina. Carlos was there to meet us at the villa on our arrival and gave us information about the local area and amenities and was on hand to answer any queries we had. I simply can't fault this villa and cannot recommend it highly enough, we will definitely be returning.

Lovely Villa

The house was beautiful and set in lovely mature grounds it was extremely spacious with 3 double bedrooms one downstairs leading onto a large patio which consisted of a lovely pool and bar-b-q there were 2 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The location was superb only a 5 minute drive to Vilamoura marina or a 25 minute leisurely walk where you will find many restaurants and bars set in an amazing setting, the beach at Quarteira was excellent and you can walk for miles. Carlos the owner was there to greet us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The perfect holiday plenty of relaxation set in tranquil surroundings.

Ticked all the boxes & we were sorry to leave

Carlos was a great host, always contactable and communicated before we arrived. The property was well presented, close to most things, clean and the pictures on the site were accurate. Everything worked down to the knives in the utensil drawer being nicely sharp. The only issues I would have are some traffic noise in the pool area and the ducks in the photographs were seemingly on holiday while we were there. Nothing really to fault it and we will likely stay again next year.

Not the peaceful week we were hope in for , the attached villa was very noisy till 4 am in the mornings , moved bed into louge so we could sleep,villa was nice , will not be returning detached villa for us next year

OVERALL THE VILLA HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED, VERY QUITE LOCATION, CABS ARE IN ORDER WHEREVER YOU GO UNLESS YOU LIKE A LONG WALK. IF I WAS TO RETURN I WIULD STAY HERE, BUT UNTIL THE PORTUGUISE SORT OUT THERE PRICES ILL NOT BE BACK, ITS AN OUT RIGHT RIP OFF WITH THE PRICES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A NIGHT OUT, BEEN GOING TO THE ALGARVE FOR TWENTY YEARS, NO MORE..

The villa and the adjoining property were built in 1991 and are built and finished to very high standards using traditional materials. Both properties enjoy large spacious rooms furnished in traditional styles and are located in a long cul-de-sac street lined with other detached high end villas of differing styles with a turning circle at the end. We hired a car as we knew that it would facilitate our trips to both Vilamoura and Quarteira as we usually eat out in the evenings at several of the local restaurants. Unfortunately, our first week was badly affected by thunderstorms (Storm Claudia) but the villa was protected by metal shutters on all windows and our host Carlos supplied us with heaters. I contacted him with a couple of problems that arose and he came out immediately and the issues were resolved very quickly to our complete satisfaction. The villa was cleaned on Wednesdays and Saturdays and new towels, clean bedding etc were provided and the cleaner removed any rubbish and cleaned all bathrooms, floors etc to a high standard. The gardens are planted with palm trees which have matured over the last 35 years and they give a very tropical feel to the pool area.The photos of the property posted by the owner are accurate and perhaps don't reflect the very spacious aspect of the property and the decor, fixtures and fittings are of the latter end of the 20th century and high quality as opposed to the more disposable replaceable materials/designs in modern properties

Th is is a Nice villa and Carlos is a great host; very helpful with storing bags die to rely arrival and any niggles during the stay. Only down side would be the towels and linen could do with a refresh/replacing.

Beautiful villa

This villa is really beautiful, the pool is spotless and the villa has so much space for a group of people. The area is very well kept and largely residential, the streets are very safe to walk at night and generally very peaceful. It is about a 20 minute walk to the marina, where there’s lots of bars, restaurants, shops and incredible yachts. Carlos the host is faultless. He made everything so easy and perfect for our stay and would recommend him to anyone. The only downside was the road which runs behind the villa, but you soon get used to it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again soon.

Maison très propre, bien appropriée pour 3 couples. Une belle piscine, toujours propre. Le propriétaire est très très agréable, à l'écoute de nos besoins. Un peu loin de la plage si on n'a pas de voiture.

Happy Holiday

We had a very enjoyable stay at this Billa. Thanks to Carlos & his team we were well looked after, especial during the recent fires. Carlos was on hand immediately & negotiated the clean up process with extreme efficiency. We would definitely recommend this villa. We didn’t hire a car but used a local taxi driver & Uber. Supermarket walkable distance but a taxi back (not expensive)if you’ve lots of shopping & water etc! There were 7 of us including 2 children aged 5 & 7. Everyone had a good time.

High quality property with great host

The host was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The property was spotless on arrival. The Villa is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood close to golf courses and only half an hours walk to the vibrant Vilamoura Marina and 15 mins walk to nearest Supermarket. We had a very relaxing break. Thank you!

Tudo perfeito !

Localização excelente , a 5 min de carro tanto da Marina de Vilamoura como da praia da quarteira. A rua onde se localiza é muito agradável e calma . A propriedade fica perto de vários supermercados , o que facilita todo ainda mais quando se viaja com crianças . Casa bem equipada , com o tudo o que é necessário para uma semana de férias. A zona da piscina é o ex libris , cheia de palmeiras criança um ambiente relaxante e único ! Pena a exposição solar terminar cedo , mas é aproveitar o máximo possível :) Agradecemos ao Sr Carlos por toda a amabilidade no processo de check in e de check out . Iremos com certeza voltar e recomendar aos nossos amigos ! Um bem haja !

I like what I do and therefor I welcome my guests the best way possible, like I would like to be welcomed. Small details make a big difference between what is average and excellence. Fully satisfied guests are my aim and doesn't cost much. It's a pleasure.

This property was designed and built for my family use. It provided many years of pleasure. My parents firstly built this property as their home where we spent fabulous times. Family grew, some got older, children when off with their lives and we were «stuck» with these two Villas. We did not want to sell so decided to rent them out, make some income and at the same time preserve them as family property because we love the area of Vilamoura. It is well kept and looked after, great golf courses, lovely green areas, close to the beach, lots of events throughout the year, so the place to be.

It is very well kept as a private property and located just a few minutes from all the amenities in the area.
