It is a practical and functional 62 m2 street-facing apartment ideal for up to eight guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



It is located on the second floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a small flight of steps to reach the lift.



The apartment consists of 3 spacious bedrooms; one master bedroom with a 1.35 cm double bed, television and split air conditioning for heating/cooling and two with bunk beds; one of them with split air conditioning for heating/cooling and the other with a ceiling fan and electric heater; all the beds are dressed with their bedding.



The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, television, split air conditioning for heating/cooling and a dining table.



You have 2 full bathrooms, with bath gel and a hairdryer.

We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 8 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
