Perfect for our large group

Our family came to the Bastogne area to see battlefield sites from the Battle of the Bulge. The property was perfect for the 7 of us ranging in age from 70 to 13 years old. We were thankful for the charm of the property and the cows that greeted us in the morning. Country living at it's best!

Ich war besorgt über die Ruhe, aber wir genossen friedliche Abende und erholsame Nächte. Die beiden Wohnzimmer machten es leicht, nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen in den nahegelegenen Wandergebieten zu entspannen. Auch die Küche hatte alles nötig für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten.

Zwei Nächte in dieser Villa für etwas weniger als dreihundert Euro empfand ich als fair für das Gebotene. Sechs Schlafzimmer boten unserer Gruppe ausreichend Platz und verschiedene Indoor-Spiele wie Tischtennis hielten uns bei Regen unterhalten. Der Raum insgesamt hat uns positiv überrascht.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend, ideal für Spaziergänge. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Großes Esszimmer und 2 Sitzecken/Wohnzimmer, so dass sich Kinder und Erwachsene in getrennte Bereiche zurückziehen können. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Das sind die positiven Punkte, aber das Haus selbst erscheint uns nicht so „sicher“. Es wurde im Laufe der Jahre mehrfach renoviert, jedoch nicht immer professionell. Schauen Sie also am besten nicht in den Keller, wo etliche Stützpfeiler nicht mehr funktionsfähig sind und kein Rauchmelder vorhanden ist. Die Stromversorgung und Verkabelung erfolgt nicht überall vorschriftsmäßig. Die Matratzen sind sehr „weich“, oder sollten wir sagen, durchgelegen und durchgelegen? Die Wasserhähne an den Waschbecken im Badezimmer sorgen für kaltes Wasser mit dem Hebel in Richtung des roten Punktes und heißes Wasser mit dem Hebel in Richtung des blauen Punktes. Dies war ein sehr guter (billiger?!) Klempner, mit unbeabsichtigtem Verlust Dadurch entsteht viel Energie. Mehrere Deckenbalken sind sehr niedrig, daher sollten große Menschen einen Helm tragen, um ihren Kopf zu schützen :-). und sogar gefährlich. Auch den Preis pro Nacht für den Verbrauch von Strom und Gas (Heizung) von 55 €, der anschließend von der Kaution abgezogen wurde, halten wir für ein Wochenende Anfang November für sehr hoch und haben unseren Aufenthalt merklich verteuert. In Anbetracht des gezahlten Gesamtbetrags glauben wir, dass es in dieser Gegend bessere Ferienhäuser für dieses Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gibt, daher lohnt es sich nicht, dies zu wiederholen. Schlüssel vor Ort abgeholt und zur "Villa" gefahren. Einmal angekommen, drinnen eiskalt. sehr alte Bande. kein stuhl gleich, kein glas gleich, keine glühbirne gleich, alles knarrt, die türen gleiten über den fliesenboden, (kann nicht anders sein mit einem spalt von 1 mm bis 15 mm je nach) öfen voller asche. Tür aufgerissen und stellte sich als alter Keller heraus, voll mit alten Banden (sprich: Müllhalde) der 2 Duschen, nur 1 hatte heißes Wasser. und es sickerte sogar durch die Holzböden 2 Stockwerke hinunter. Ich kann immer noch so weitermachen. aber das ist sicherlich nicht belvilla-würdig. (mit 1 Wort: HAUNTED HOUSE) war die Kaution in bar zu hinterlegen und würde zurückerstattet, wenn alles in Ordnung wäre. Wir haben es so gelassen, wie wir es vorgefunden haben, ein Elefant könnte es nicht abwerten. aber zu hause wurden 250 euro von der kaution abgezogen wegen: tanken ???, heizkosten ??? Energie??? seltsam sowieso. Ich gehe zurück!!!! dh WEITER SUCHEN UND DIESE HÖHLE ÜBERSPRINGEN

Es ist ein einzigartiges, großes, attraktives Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und Bad und einem schönen Garten. Die Nachbarschaft ist ländlich, ruhig, mit freundlichen Menschen. Viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten können in kurzer Entfernung durchgeführt werden. Mit 10 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und einem Hund haben wir es genossen!

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertung, aber ich möchte zukünftige Mieter vor Enttäuschungen schützen. Es ist so schmutzig und veraltet, dass es unmöglich ist, hier einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Der an das Gebäude angeschlossene Schuppen ist nicht sicher und steht kurz vor dem Einsturz nur 1 Sprache, Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte nicht zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt. Alles in allem eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung und der Vermieter von bellvilla unworthy.de ist nur auf eine Einnahmequelle aus und kümmert sich nicht um eine schöne Urlaubslieferung. Das Backup von bellvila in dieser Geschichte ist sehr enttäuschend.

Ein toller alter Bauernhof. Die Küche war in Ordnung. Die Heizung war sehr gut. Die meisten Betten waren in Ordnung. Ein ideales Zuhause für Kinder zwischen 6 und 14 Jahren. Alle Möbel sind veraltet, aber es gibt TV und DVD und die Sitze sind gut. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter, also einen schönen Urlaub. Schade, dass in den umliegenden Wäldern markierte Spaziergänge gepflastert sind.
