From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Kaprun and the surrounding mountains – perfect for a relaxing and active holiday any time of year.

The apartment offers a living room with a sofa bed, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony with panoramic views. A ski storage room is also available, and in summer, the large garden invites you to relax or barbecue.

With the Ski Alpin Card, you have access to 408 kilometers of slopes in three top ski areas in Zell am See-Kaprun: the Schmittenhöhe, a family-friendly ski area; the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area for high-alpine skiing; and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with its diverse runs.
