Music Row Condo -Guitarformad pool

Nyligen renoverade, ett sovrum lÀgenhet nÀra centrum (Broadway), inom gÄngavstÄnd frÄn mÄnga attraktioner och restauranger. Dekorerad med countrymusikmemorabiliteter, alla nya möbler frÄn juni 2017. BekvÀm king size-sÀng och mycket bekvÀma toppmodern bÀddsoffa med minneskummadrass. Mycket vÀlfylld med rÀtter, köksredskap, sÀngklÀder. Snabbt, sÀkert internet. Stor dusch. TvÀttmaskin torktumlare. Packa och spela för smÄ. StrykjÀrn, strykbrÀda, hÄrtork och sÀngklÀder tillhandahÄlls.



Vi ligger pÄ fjÀrde vÄningen i den historiska Spence Manor-byggnaden, som ursprungligen byggdes som ett femstjÀrnigt hotell för Elvis att stanna nÀr han spelade in i den historiska RCA Studio B. Andra anmÀrkningar som bodde pÄ Spence Manor inkluderar The Beatles, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson och mÄnga fler. Byggnaden har omvandlats till individuellt Àgda lÀgenheter. Platsen Àr mycket bekvÀmt till centrum, dÀr countrymusik hÀrskar, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University och The Gulch. Broadway och dess mÄnga honky-tonks, ligger ungefÀr en mil bort, en $ 5-6 Uber Äktur, vanligtvis. MÄnga skivbolag och publiceringsföretag finns inom blocket. Great place to stay in Nashville!

Cute comfortable condo with guitar shaped pool! Great restaurants and shops close by. Could walk to many places.

Great location and spacious place

The condo was spacious for two of us for the weekend. It was so close to downtown that we never used Uber. It enabled us have a very enjoyable time.

I highly recommend staying here. It was a very beautiful and quiet area. Bars and restaurants are walkable distance. The property inside was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking was amazing. Downtown is a 5 minute drive.

Beautiful home away from home

We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The condo was a short distance from Broadway in a lovely quiet neighborhood whilst still being very close to bars/ places to eat. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. Every aspect of our stay was perfect and we would love to stay here again when we return to Nashville.

Perfect getaway

Location was amazing. So close to everything. The condo was beautiful & had everything we needed & could have wanted. Communication with Carlos was excellent, he answered all our questions & even gave us restaurant recommendations for the day we arrived. We cannot say enough great things about our stay.

An EXCELLENT unit!

This unit is obviously well maintained, and is perfect for 2-4 people. The common areas of the complex could be better maintained/cleaned but im sure that's up to someone else who may not care as much as the condo owners do!

Beautiful condo

Carlos and Cheryl your place was immaculate. We enjoyed it very much. The living area was perfect for the 2 of us, bed was very comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We did Uber most of the time but we did find plenty of places to walk to for breakfast or dinner to hear live music. We had a wonderful time. I’m sure next time In Nashville we would stay at your place again. Thank you.

Very nice stay in Nashville-the condo was well within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The only con was the streaming service. We were kicked off multiple times because too many people were on the account. We were able to get back on eventually but it was frustrating to say the least. Also the channel selection was horrible-They do have a smart TV so we could mirrorcast but Bring a backup streaming service.

Music Row Apartment

Very comfortable and airy. Well equipped. Far enough from Broadway to be peaceful, near enough to walk there. Views of the RCA recording studio Elvis used and the amazing guitar shaped pool was a relaxed area to sit.

Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our seven-night stay. We usually stay on Broadway but, given the duration of this trip plus the fact we'd been in Florida for the previous week, we wanted to be able to cook and do laundry. Carlos' condo was sparkling clean and so comfortable--we may never stay downtown again! Despite being in an apartment building, this unit is incredibly quiet. The few people we saw in the hallway and elevator during the week were very friendly. Carlos checked in with us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed and was very responsive. We look forward to staying again next time we're in town.

Long weekend in Nashville

The property was nice. Everything was nice. The only issue was the check out time was too early and we could not get it extended. The check in time was flexible and we did check in a little early. Overal the property was nice and worked out well for us.

Convenient

Property was perfect location. Walk to downtown/broadway and the Gulch was quick less than 20mins and a straight shot. Scooters were available all over to take a quick ride to get where you needed to go as well. We enjoyed the quietness yet walkability to local bars and restaurants around Music Row. The apt was nice and perfect for what we needed. Only thing was we did not like the toilet was in a separate room than the rest of the bathroom. Would recommend as a perfect place to stay and location is a plus.

Nashville for John Mayer Concert

Great location, walking distance to all the bars, shopping, and music venue's. We walked to and from (late night) a concert at the Bridgestone Arena. The condo is quiet for a good nights sleep in a busy town!!
