It is a modern and brand new apartment for 2 people, but the apartment is most suitable for couples who want to get to know our romantic city under the protection of UNESCO.
This spacious studio apartment consists of a living room with a dining room that has a large flat screen TV. The beautiful view from the balcony is incredible, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances.
The bedroom has a double bed with bed linen and beautiful lighting elements and decor of the room
The rental facility is equipped with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet access.
The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower cabin.

The building is of Mediterranean style, with a good organization of space. . The building is in a quiet street, 60 meters from the sea, and 1850 m from the old town. Each apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, the mountain, and the old town.
It is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery on all sides. The right place for rest and relaxation.
