Ce nouvel appartement magnifiquement aménagé est situé dans le village de Muo, à 15 minutes à pied de la ville médiévale de Kotor, classée médiévale et classée au patrimoine mondial, avec sa variété de cafés, restaurants, musées et magasins. La propriété dispose de 2 balcons donnant sur la baie, de la climatisation, de la télévision par satellite, d'une cuisine entièrement intégrée avec des appareils haut de gamme comprenant un lave-vaisselle, une grande chambre avec placards et un espace alloué dans le parking privé. Une buanderie abrite la machine à laver. L'appartement est idéal pour les jours de farniente relaxant au bord de la piscine (ouvert de mai à octobre) ou comme base pour des vacances riches en activités. Le village de Muo se trouve sur la baie de Kotor surplombant le site du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO de Kotor. La ville combine l'ancien avec le nouveau avec des cathédrales datant du 12ème siècle à côté de boutiques modernes. La marina est située à l'entrée de Kotor qui est dominée par le fort construit au-dessus de la ville. Montez au sommet et vous serez récompensé par une vue magnifique sur le fjord et au-delà.

Just a beautifully appointed and comfortable apartment close enough to Kotor to walk in but far enough away to be peaceful. The view from the balcony was magical and it soon became a habit to nip down to the waters edge for a swim. Very comfortable and so reasonably priced. Perfect stay

Hello and thank you for your lovely review and fabulous photos. I am so glad that you had a great time in the apartment and explored alot of this part of Montenegro. I make sure that all of the appliances and towels and linens are good quality and replace anything that shows signs of wear and tear so that guests feel that the apartment is a home from home when they stay so it was great that you mentioned the fittings as it is difficult to explain this feature on the web site. It is almost impossible to capture the views either!! It was a pleasure having you to stay and I hope that you enjoy the rest of your travels in the country and that you will come back again.

Apartment was in a great location, everything is within easy reach. Views from the balcony were amazing anytime of the day or night. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, well equipped and extremely comfortable. Annie is a great host, messaging us to ask if there was anything we needed. Everything about the apartment was perfect! Very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities including a dedicated parking space and of course not forgetting the amazing views of Kotor Old Town from the balcony, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect, approx 10mins walk to the local shop and bakery, 20mins walk to the Old Town. Annie was the perfect host, her communication was excellent passing on important and relevant information. She was always very quick to respond to our questions as first time visitors to Montenegro. I would highly recommend Annie’s apartment, it certainly ticked every box. Thank you Annie!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie and Guy's apartment in the Myo sector of Kotor (a 20 minute walk from old city). The location was quiet, comfortable with a magnificent view . The apartment was well equipped for our stay and very clean. The owners always responded very quickly and we're very proactive. We highly recommend this apartment in Kotor.

If you want to be away from the crowds and cruise ships of Kotor, this is an excellent 20-minute walk option to Kotor Old Town. The apartment is spacious with an incredible balcony overlooking Kotor Bay which was ideal for breakfast and watching Kotor and Lovcen twinkle at night.The only drawback is no air con in the bedroom, but only in the living space. We knew this renting the place, but given the extreme heat, it took about 36 hours for the bedroom to get to a comfortable temperature with a fan circulating. The washing machine was an added bonus.Communication with Annie was quick, simple and efficient and the map links provided made finding the place easy.

We enjoyed the spectacular day and night views from this well appointed apartment. We found communicating with Annie easy both prior to and during our stay and we appreciated her prompt replies to our queries. This was a beautiful place to stay. Sitting out on the patio looking across the bay at Kotor was awesome. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare a few meals when we were tired from touring around. Host made everything easy.

From booking to arriving at the accommodation communication was excellent, emails were replied to very quickly. On arrival the apartment was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable. Location is excellent with fantastic views across the bay. Swimming pool had plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Very quiet location.
