Cet appartement penthouse spacieux est au dernier étage du développement très recherché de Boka Heights à Dobrota. Il est lumineux et aéré avec de hauts plafonds, de magnifiques vues panoramiques ininterrompues et n'est pas négligé sous aucun angle. Il possède son propre grand balcon orienté à l'ouest avec des meubles de salle à manger en plein air et offre une vue imprenable imprenable sur le fjord.

L'appartement dispose de la climatisation / chauffage et est géré localement par du personnel anglophone. Il y a 2 chambres, une double et une à lits jumeaux, et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il dispose de son propre parking privé et d'un accès à la piscine extérieure des clients (12m x 5m). Cet appartement récemment construit a été meublé et entièrement équipé selon des spécifications élevées. L'accès Internet (wifi) est également inclus.

L'appartement est à 5 minutes à pied d'un supermarché local, d'une boulangerie et de plusieurs cafés et restaurants. La ville médiévale fortifiée de Kotor, un site du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, est à 5 minutes en voiture ou à 45 minutes à pied le long du front de mer.

Dobrota a le plus d'heures de soleil sur la baie, ce qui le rend idéal pour les baignades en soirée dans la piscine et les boissons rafraîchissantes sur le balcon tout en regardant le coucher du soleil! Ces heures supplémentaires de soleil peuvent faire une énorme différence et, comme il s'agit de l'un des appartements les plus hauts de la baie, vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue depuis le balcon plus longtemps.

Malheureusement, en raison de sa hauteur, cet appartement de grand standing ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 8 ans.

Room with a view

Great location with fantastic views, 121 steps up to the apartment but without the climb you don’t get the view which is the real highlight. Shared pool was good and not too busy. Apartment had all amenities we needed including washing machine, cable tv, beach towels and a great veranda. Give yourself plenty of time to navigate the awful traffic in the Kotor region.

Outstanding Apartment

We enjoyed every minute of our two-week stay in the apartment with an outstanding view of the Bay of Kotor. The apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kotor. The host was also very nice and helpful.

Spectacular Views

Fantastic location with spectacular views. Within walking distance of Dobrota, and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The Old Town is a short drive away, or for those who enjoy walking, take the route along the bay. Takes about an hour on foot, but lots of places to enjoy a drink, or some lovely food. There is a supermarket very close to the accommodation. We will miss the view!

Fantastic views, wonderful apartment

We absolutely loved it here! The balcony affords the most fantastic views from both lounge and bedroom and adds so much value to the stay. The pool is a great option to have and we found it really nice in the evening after long days hiking and cycling to cool down and recover. Short walk to beach to enjoy the water, plenty of shops and restaraunts nearvy but we enjoyed the pleasurable 30 min walk into Kotor each day/night. Brilliant place to stay, highly recommend it

Great apartment and gorgeous views. Close to some nice restaurants and beach bars. Lucy and Sandra were great throughout our stay and helped us get a taxi back to the airport after we had some trouble booking. Apartment clean and well stocked with kitchen wear if you want to cook for yourself. The steps are a lot though so if you have mobility issues this is something to consider. Also a car is not a must if you're happy to walk or catch a taxi but there are a few steep hills to deal with.

A week of taking in that amazing view

Property absolutely faultless, yes the steps are challenging though if you’re relatively fit then no problem and the views most definitely worth it. The pool was of a decent size and a great way to cool down. Local amenities were sufficient but the walk into Kotor was quite a treck especially as the temperature never dropped below 30. Would 100% recommend this property

Lovely View

Amazing view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning listening to church bells and birds. The property IS however at the tip top of the hill and stairs (we didnt have a rental car and walked everywhere), but it was worth it! Also, the mattress/bed is quite firm, along with the AC unit not working the best in the main bedroom. Otherwise the property was perfectly situated for for us, and we are happy it was available. Very pleased.

Stunning View

We loved the view from this apartment - at the very top of a hillside overlooking Bay of Kotor. But as they clearly told us, there are many, many steps and no elevator. The apartment is very modern, simple and spare. Our only problem was that we were not notified of a scheduled power outage so we woke up to no power and no water (because it is on a hill - so without power to pump water - you have no water). They were very gracious about it but it was very inconvenient. Overall it was very nice and we absolutely loved the view! Thank you!!

Its all about the view!

Lovely apartment , much bigger than photos make out. Great air con which was much needed. Bedrooms are large. The steps and hill up to apartment are a killer especially in 38C! So as others have said pls note if not fit. However when you get up the view is outstanding and l cant think of anything better than having breakfast on the balcony.

Great view, but accomodation + domain not well maintained

Really amazing view, good airco, well equiped appartment. But - after 1 minute in the shower, the water remains in the tub. - the shower needs a good cleanup - on most windows, the shutters on the windows cannot be closed or opened anymore - terras could use a paint-job/clean-up. - lot's of junk under the sink cupboard and in the bedroom wardrobe - the whole domain isn't well maintained (dirty stairs, ...) - too few sunbeds at the pool

A tiling and refresh project is planned by the complex management and will take place after the season to ensure guests are not disrupted. Our first time to Montenegro

We had a lovely stay here at Boka heights. Communication with host and local agent was great. Our flight was diverted to Albania due to a storm and we arrived after midnight - 8 hours later than planned and Sandra was there to greet us and texting me to tell us not to worry about delay. Even offered to buy us some groceries ! And then the next morning after so much stress, we woke up to the most amazing view ! The access is via a steep hill and lots of steps and was hard when it is so hot. The view is worth it but may be too much for some people. There are a few restaurants along the waterfront. It is a lovely holiday home with the most unforgettable view. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stunning view the main event

The view from the balcony is superlative - I don't think anyone on the bay has a better one, absolutely stunning. Nice big balcony too. The interior of the apartment is not quite the same standard. It is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped (altho lacking a coffee maker - a cardinal sin!), but the decor feels a little bit tired and the shower is not the best. The hill and steps are perfectly manageable with an average level of fitness. Communication with the agent was quick and easy. Good location for exploring Kotor and the bay. It's about a 45 min walk into Kotor. But everything pales into insignificance when you see the view, that's the key feature of this apartment.

You'll never have a better view

Others have really covered it all: the spectacular view from the balcony makes all the steps required to reach the apartment worthwhile. I would not recommend to anyone over 60, though, no matter how fit you consider yourself to be. Things that would make this apartment even better: more comfortable beds, a coffee maker with more than 1-cup capacity, and window slats that close all the way (some of them get stuck in the open position, which lets the early morning light in). Oh, and banish the rooster that lives next door! Overall, though, the apartment is a gem and we'd love to return someday.

Great Location

The apartment is in a good location in an elevated position that gave excellent views of the Fjord. The only problem would be for anyone with mobility difficulties is the amount of steps to the penthouse from the car park. ( But not us!) It was close to Kotor which is a delightful town with plenty of history and nice places to eat. A tip for travellers.- Traffic going into and out of Kotor is very congested at most times of the day. Also, be prepared for loads of tourists especially when the cruise liners are in port. The villages around the fjord are delightful and the mountain backdrop everywhere is spectacular. There is plenty of road work and traffic leading from Tivat to Budva so go early. Budva was disappointing as it seemed to be full of building sites.

Les + Kotor est une ville accueillante avec ça vieille ville est ces rempart. Petite place avec café et restaurant et a tout les coins de rues Les - Parking payant, détritus éparpillés, un manque de propreté général

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement à Dobrota. Il est calme, propre et la vue est époustouflante. Nous ne nous en lassions pas. La piscine accessible à tous les locataires des appartements de la résidence est nettoyée tous les jours. La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite (à 5 mn de Kortor) de plus du fait qu'il soit en hauteur et non au bord de la route, il est également au calme. Nous conseillons clairement cet appartement dans lequel nous retournerons certainement un jour.

Lage sehr abgelegen und steil. Pflegeartikel sind nicht im übliche Menge verfügbar! 5 Personen 13 Nächte, wurden nur zwei Klopapier zur Verfügung gestellt... Kühlschrank für die Sommerzeit sehr klein. Wir sollten selber an Tourismusbüro uns anmelden, mit plus Kosten. Trotz das es bei der Buchung inbegriffen ist. Spülmasc

We are so glad we discovered this beautiful place and so enjoy staying at the apartment. Most of all we enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening with all the lights of the bay spreading out before us. The views are spectacular. Kotor old town is a firm favourite and we love to sit outside at one of the cafes and enjoy a morning coffee or leisurely lunch. Dinner at one of the waterfront restaurants as the sun sets is always a treat. Our children enjoy all the Bay has to offer - boat trips, kayaking and swimming. We all love exploring this stunning part of the world with it's spectacular scenery, great food and wine, fascinating history and architecture, beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. We're delighted to share it with our guests.
