Thank you! We’re so glad the apartment and its location worked so well for your group of three couples. We hope to welcome you all back to Florence soon!

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the central location and the comfort of the rooms. We also appreciate your note regarding the noise — being in such a lively and central area can sometimes mean experiencing more of the city's atmosphere and street life. Thank you again for your comments, and we hope to host you again in Florence!

We’re so happy your family enjoyed your stay! Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms gives everyone their own space, and it’s lovely to hear you also made the most of the common areas to relax together. Starting each day with breakfast in the kitchen sounds like the perfect way to begin a day in Florence. We’re glad you enjoyed the view too. We’d love to welcome you all back!

We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for the recommendation! It’s great to hear you found the apartment clean and spacious, and that you loved this part of Florence. Being so central does bring some evening noise, and we appreciate your understanding. The combination washer-dryer takes a little longer, so starting a load early in the day helps. The doors take a few extra seconds each time, but they keep the building safe and secure for every guest. We hope to see you again soon!

Thank you so much! We’re delighted you loved the apartment and its location. We hope to see you again in Florence soon!

We're so happy to hear you love Florence as much as we do! We hope to see you back soon.

Hi Anne! We're so happy to hear that you had an amazing stay in Florence. We do want to clarify why we are not allowed to distribute coffee pods to you, as per our FAQ on our website: Our properties for rent are not hotels, agriturisms, B&Bs or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay, and amenity kits with soaps etc. are strictly prohibited. I hope this clears things up. We hope to welcome you back very soon!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the high ceilings and the mix of historic building and modern renovation, along with an easy check-in and a responsive team. We’d be delighted to host you again in Florence!

Thank you! We love that you opened the windows to watch Florence go by and listen to the church bells across the street. That really is the Italian ambience at its best. We’re glad you found the apartment clean, close to the Duomo and the Mercato Centrale, and as lovely as the photos. We’d be delighted to host you again!
