The cottage is completely secluded at the end of a gravel road in its own forest surrounded by fields, meadows, and rolling horse pastures. The 100 m2 summer house with a rare atmosphere offers a lovely large bedroom, dining room, and living room in one, where the original brick chimney with wood-burning stove has been preserved and provides a fantastic atmosphere. In addition, there is a smaller room directly connected to the living room, which serves as an extra bedroom with beautiful light and a view of the forest. From all the windows, you have a view of the beautiful nature, and from the dining area and the new cozy kitchen, you can look down on the small lake where red deer roam in the quiet morning hours. The house is located in the middle of the most beautiful nature in the protected Arrenakke hills, from the top of which you can see both the Kattegat, Arresø, and Roskilde Fjord on a clear day. A unique and completely private and quiet oasis, yet still only a moment away from Tisvilde Hegn, the beach, and the life of Sommerbyen. Behind the house is the old camp school, which has DanCenter house number 51786. There is a natural boundary between these two properties. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
