Ideally Located

This furnished apartment is located in Friedrichshain, a hip neighborhood in the eastern part of Berlin. The neighborhood is known for its cool boutiques and after hours club scene. There's also a diverse culinary scene, with everything from authentic Vietnamese food to traditional German pub fare on offer. Friedrichshain is home to the East Side Gallery, part of the Berlin Wall that has been preserved for posterity. Other area highlights include the Computerspiele Museum, where you can explore the evolution of the modern computer, and Mercedes-Benz Arena Berlin, where you can catch all the biggest acts in the music world when they come to town. Friedrichshain is served by several S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus lines.

Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.

A security deposit of €1090 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.

This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use. Upon booking, guests must provide a valid travel purpose accepted by local legislation to confirm the reservation.

Reservations must be for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 1 year.
