A stylish, cosy, and quiet apartment, fully equipped with everything guests need to enjoy a pleasant stay, just as if they were at home. The apartment is located in the centre of Valencia, just a 10-minute walk from Valencia’s Old Town. It’s very well connected by metro (with a direct line to the airport and the beach) and by bus as well. Right on the same street as the apartment, you’ll find all kinds of amenities, such as a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and other businesses and shops.
This apartment is located in the centre of Valencia, and it takes only 2 or 3 minutes by metro or bus to reach the city’s Old Town.
It’s no problem to arrive at the apartment very late at night. Guests are always welcome at any time of night.
Metro lines 3 and 5 will take you directly from the airport to the apartment (Avenida del Cid stop) or to the very centre of the city (Xativa stop

Guests won’t have to worry about a thing, since the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including all necessary bedding, towels, Wi-Fi, heat and cool air conditioning in every room, all kinds of kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, etc.), a cot, a high chair, a hair dryer, and heating and cooling in all bedrooms, plus much more to ensure our guests have an unforgettable stay in the apartment.

- Late check-in fee: 40 euros (for arrivals after 9:00 PM)
- Late check-in fee: 60 euros (for arrivals after 23:00 - 8:00)

APARTMENT RULES TO PLEASE TAKE INTO ACCOUNT;

- If check-in takes place between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., an additional fee of 40€ must be paid in cash at check-in.
- If check-in takes place between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., an additional fee of 60€ must be paid.

- All guests
must present personal identification documents
to comply with
Spanish regulations for tourist accommodation
; driver’s licences are not valid as
identification. A
photo of the documents will be taken and
sent to the Spanish National Police’s
lodging registry. No personal data will be stored
, nor will it be used for any
commercial or profit-making purposes
.

- Guests are required to
sign a short-stay rental agreement
in Spanish or English upon arrival at the apartment, thereby accepting the accommodation rules described above.
- It is strictly prohibited
to cause noise or disturb the neighbors
from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

- Only guests over the age of 18
are permitted; minors must be
accompanied by one of their
parents or legal guardians and must
present official documentation
proving their age.

- Guests must respect and take care of the
apartment, the furniture, and the
equipment, as well as the
common areas of the building.

- The check-out time for the apartment will be
specified in the contract and must be
adhered to as described in the
terms of the apartment stay contract
, with the standard time being
11:00 a.m.

- Upon checking out of the apartment, you are
required to return the two sets of keys
that were given to you upon check-in at
the apartment, to have disposed of any trash
or rubbish in the containers located on
the street for this purpose, and to ensure that the
air conditioners and lights are turned off.

- Bicycles may not be left either in
the building’s common areas or
inside the apartment.

- The security deposit
established for this apartment is
200€ to cover any damage
caused to the property or any
justified disturbances caused to the building’s
neighbors.

- There is an additional charge of 20€ for a cot.
