Serene private villa with pool and panoramic seaviews
Villa Daphne of Inoro villas offers an ideal getaway destination for those looking for privacy and total serenity, enjoying an elegant blend of comfortable living with all modern amenities within an unspoiled natural environment! Our villa benefits from being within walking distance from the picturesque traditional village of Katouna (550m), about 2.5kms away from the fishing village of Lygia and just 6kms from the town of Lefkada which is the entrance to the island.
The villa is 100sq.m. within a c. 1.500 sq.m. plot of land, surrounded by olive trees and lush vegetation. It features 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 are en-suite) and splits into two levels. The ground floor level hosts the villa’s main entrance, its living areas, one double bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, one bedroom with 2 single beds and additional bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen and sitting room area are full of light and fully equipped. The kitchen has fitted appliances including 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso maker, juicer etc. The dining area and the sitting room also feature a fireplace and enjoy wonderful, panoramic views of a long olive grove and the sea at its end. There is a large veranda extending out of the dining area with outdoor dining furniture with wonderful uninterrupted views. The first floor features one more double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The pool area is located, at a bit lower grounds than the ground floor area. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas around the swimming pool (4.5m x 9m) offer the ideal setting for complete relaxation.
The villa is fully air conditioned, with satellite TV, DVD/CD player and wifi internet connection.
Inoro villas consist of villa Phaedra (4 bed) and villa Daphne (3 bed) which are located at a distance to each other, within a plot of land of 3.000 sq.m. The plot is split in half so that each villa enjoys its own 1.500 sq.m. of surroundings. Each villa’s boundaries are clearly separated by both a fence and olive trees.
