Close-in at marina level, easy to access town.

Overall, we enjoyed this property for the four nights we stayed. The pool was great, and it was easy walking to town. We had early morning noise from concrete trucks and construction on an adjacent property, so be advised.

The host Barbara went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing time. Recommending tavernas and supermarkets depending on what we were looking for and budget. The location is on of the best in Sivota. We didn't need a car as was a few steps from the town. The pool was one of the best layouts we have seen, nice view and seating area. The place itself was exactly as advertised. Nice Aircon, really clean and comfortable. I couldn't recommend a place more!

A fantastic place and location

We thoroughly enjoyed Villa Amoudia. It had everything we needed for our perfect 6 day vacation to Lefkada. It was comfortable and the AC worked great. There were hardly any bugs and plenty of room to spread out. The only thing I would suggest is the volume for the TV. The mini speaker that was left was great for our music barbara was great. She let us know all the local places to visit and helped us with booking a reservation. We didn’t have one bad meal the entire stay.

Great Location, great villa

We last stayed in Villa Amoudia in 2014 and it's just as beautiful now as it was then. Excellent position at the side of the harbour with a short stroll to the restaurants and shops of Sivota. The villa is very clean and well maintained and the communication was very good. We'd have no hesitation in recommending it. Justin & Jenny.

Excellent Spot!

Everything was perfect: location, staff, pool, beds. This was a great house for our 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Lots of great restaurants and little coffee shops. Highly recommend a guided boat trip to take you swimming around Meganisi and the surrounding area.

Sivota short stay

We had a 6 night stay at Villa Amoudia prior to chartering a yacht from Sivota marina. It was our first time in Lefkada and Sivota and we really liked the area with peaceful surroundings but lots of eating out choices available. The villa itself was wonderful, very comfortable, very clean, great views and one of the most premium locations on edge of village but an easy walk in. The villa host Barbara was very friendly, helpful and responsive and we had a hugely enjoyable stay.

Fabulous!!!!

Four of us stayed at this villa for 1 week. It is in the best location in sivota, just minutes away from all the lovely bars and restaurants. It was beautifully clean and the view from the pool is exceptional. There is plenty of room for more people to stay here. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Barbara is on hand for anything you need and communication with her is very prompt. Sivota is a very relaxed and beautiful resort with very good restaurants. Overall we would recommend this villa to anyone and we will definitely be back. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The most amazing Villa

We only stayed for 2 nights in Villa Amoudia and we really wanted to stay longer…. The Villa is situated on a beautiful spot with a amazing view of the village and sea… Sivota is a picturesque village with amazing restaurants and a very close drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada. Barbara was a very friendly host and gave us useful information about Lefkada and places to go. The villa was super clean and we had everything we needed. And the best swimming pool with an amazing view. This Villa is definitely on my list to return to. Thank you for lovely memories

La Villa Amoudia est merveilleuse.

Très propre et parfaitement amènagée. Anna auprès de qui j’ai réservé a été très à l’écoute et très pro. La piscine est bien placée avec juste l’oiveraie la séparant de la mer. Avec sa petite plage de galets. Très proche du village, des tavernes et des bars la villa est très privée et bien protègée dans les oliviers. Merci à l’équipe de Villasthalassa.
