This deluxe villa with bohemian accents comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms open living areas, fully equipped kitchen and large terraces that looks out onto memarizing coastline of the Ionian sea and Ammoussa bay.

Just above Ammoussa beach with cafe and tavern on the beachfront 100m from small secluded beach to the left of Ammoussa and 200m from another secluded quite small pebble beach!!

As of the 1st of January 2024, the Greek government imposed a new tax known as the Climate resilience Tax which applies to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece from 2024 onwards.

Had a wonderful week in this villa - views stunning and so peaceful. Villa exceptionally new so everything was pristine. Hosts were amazing and offered a complimentary welcome meal at their taverna below the villa. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would definitely come back.

Simply perfect holiday!

We had a very nice time in the great villa. The host was very friendly and accommodating. There was even a welcome package with drinks and food. To our surprise, we were invited to dinner at the tavern by the host, which we enjoyed very much. We will come back in any case. :-)

Stunning villa

We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is very private and the views spectacular. The outside areas are just perfect. We couldn't spend enough time out there. The inside of the villa is very nice too. Location wise, Ammoussa is very quiet and quite far away from the action on the island, so you definitely need a car to get around. There are a few tavernas a 10 min drive away, and a small supermarket and bakery too. The quiet suited us.

Beautiful view and wonderful house

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything was exactly like in the pictures. They seemed so perfect when I viewed them online, that I first thought they might be renderings but it turned out that the house and view looks just like that. The second of the two villas near Ammoussa beach is next door but it is facing the other direction so you hardly notice the other guests there and a hedge makes the terrace and house feel completely private. Highly recommend staying here when you're planning to visit Lefkada.

Dream villa in Lefkada

We loved everything about our stay. The quiet location appealed to us, the beautiful cove of Ammoussa Beach was stunning. Dionysios was an amazing host and also owns the taverna at the beach where we had some incredible meals. The villa was beautifully designed and decorated. The views are breathtaking and the private pool was amazing for the kids in the mornings and nights after we’d come home from exploring other parts of the island. We had a rental car which made it easier to go to other beaches and explore the island but the island is massive and surprisingly very mountainous so be aware when looking to explore. We can’t wait for Summer 2024 as we’re looking to book here again.

The property that we stayed in for 6 days is amazing . The owners and caretakers were really kind during our stay . The place is in a very good location. Close to supermarkets, a nearby olive oil factory and magnificent restaurants .It has a good view to see that makes you relax and feels at home. The house gives an aesthetic vibe with a spacious bedrooms an open plan lounge with a cool kitchen. Overall, it is a very good property to stay with the family. Beautiful villa and breathtaking views

My family stayed here for 11 nights July/August 2023. The view from the villa was the main reason for booking, plus the modern interior. The view did not disappoint! Location is quite secluded but at the bottom of the hill it sits on there is an open air restaurant overlooking the beautiful beach. And a bar next door. I did expect there to be more casual food options also on offer near a beach. You will need a car to get around but there are a few small supermarkets in a short driving distance, but you’re driving on mountain roads. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday then this villa is perfect for that!

Beautiful Villa with amazing views just like the photos

Wow! What a truely fantastic villa, I was apprehensive as this was the first time we have used VRBO, but the villa is just like the photos. The view was stunning and the villa was great for our family holiday. I just wish we were back there now! The check-in process could be improved but we found the villa with no issue and any issues during the week were resolved very quickly. We had a brilliant holiday and I would recommend this villa to anyone. One thing to bear in mind, the private driveway to the villa is steep. It didn't bother us when walking to the beach but it may cause issues for some people.
