This Kids holiday home at Dormio Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad is ideal for families with small children. Duinzand Kids is a child-friendly house for 8 people. This detached accommodation has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 125m2.
Our Kids holiday homes are situated in the family-friendly Kids Quarter. The Kids Quarter is a part of the resort specifically aimed at families with young children. The communal playground is enclosed by a low hedge with entrance gate. The rear gardens of the Kids holiday homes are either adjacent to the communal playground or have a private playground that is also fenced off. That means you can let your kids play free without worry, and everyone enjoys their holiday.
The spacious lounge has a dining and seating area, a smart TV with streaming capability and an open play area for children with a playhouse and various play items. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a Bora hob, combi-oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a wine cooler.
From the lounge, patio doors open onto a spacious garden with patio, which is equipped with outdoor furniture. The rear gardens of the Kids holiday homes are either adjacent to the communal playground or have their own private play area. Your children will certainly not be bored during your stay!
On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. There are 2 twin bedrooms, with a comfortable ensuite bathroom, with a shower and washbasin. One of these bedrooms has a smart TV with streaming capability. The children's bedroom has 1 bedstead, 1 single bed and an ensuite bathroom, with a shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. The stairs is fitted with a stairgate.
There are at least 2 private parking spaces at the accommodation with a charging station for your electric car. You can also enjoy free WiFi during your stay.
