Enjoy this stylish home in the heart of Setúbal. Centrally located just steps from the many attractions of Baixa - Centro Histórico and Avenida Luísa Todi, including Praça de Bocage, Mercado do Livramento and Casa da Baía.
This classic townhouse overlooks a small square that is characteristic of the downtown Setúbal area. Inside you will find a clean and thoughtfully finished home that provides everything you need for your stay.
On the ground floor you will find an open and spacious kitchen/dining/living area as well as a half bathroom.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two single beds) plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are well lit with views overlooking the tree-filled square below.
Setubal is a thriving, growing city and with that comes exciting building developments. In our special square, there may be noise from building projects nearby. We hope the improvements will enhance the neighborhood but it will take time.
