Great House in Great Location!

The house was perfect for spending time with family and enjoying Sedona. The house has a wonderful backyard and it’s a short walk down to the creek. The neighborhood was also very quiet, which is nice.

Excellent accommodations. Perfect for our group of 6 friends. The beds were so comfortable and all of the amenities were well thought out. Picture perfect setting!

Oak Creek Getaway for the family!

Gorgeous location. Great set up for a VRBO. Plenty of bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and a backyard space that creates an invitation for family time. The bedroom above the garage is perfect for your teenagers who stay up late. The host was very responsive and helpful. We will return ❤️

Family birthday getaway

We really loved this property. The home is clean, comfortable, well appointed and so welcoming. The backyard is beautiful and the perfect place to relax. Home is close enough to Sedona downtown to be convenient but far enough to be a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. Views everywhere you look!

Great backyard for little kids and for privacy

Great time with family. Wonderful backyard that allows privacy and grassy areas for kids to play and run around. Perfect family home. Close to downtown Sedona but quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Had a great time.

Thirty one years of friendship reuniting.

This place is excellent and very well furnished and decorated. We loved our stay. It is a place that commands respect including the neighborhood. It is beautiful inside and out. Beds are comfortable and the showers have great pressure. This is the best place we have stayed. The backyard is amazing. Tia is a great host. We cant wait to come back.

Great stay at a great location!

We booked this home for a weekend getaway from the Phoenix heat and enjoyed our stay very much. The location was close to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing but still felt like getting away to nature with the beautiful backyard and creek view. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this home for a Sedona getaway.

Wonderful Spring Getaway in Sedona!

My family and I had a great few days in Sedona. Not only is Sedona one of the most beautiful places on earth, we really loved the accommodations. The property was just as described. We loved the location. The home was in a serene setting, near a creek and mountains. It was also a short drive to town and hiking trails. The backyard was great and we enjoyed spending time together taking in the views at the end of the day. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Beauty and tranquility in Sedona

We absolutely love the Orchard house! Perfect location in a quit area just outside of Uptown Sedona for shopping and dinning. Quiet, beautiful yard, mt and creek views, the house was so cozy and clean. We enjoyed the back yard fire pit and watching the birds on the feeders.We had a busy itinerary for our short 2 day stay, wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed just relaxing at this beautiful house. The outdoor areas were just as relaxing and comfortable as the indoor areas. Its a great family home. A place where we all could unwind and enjoy each other's company. Very comfortable beds and the owner was very attentive to all your needs.

Better than described. Very spacious and comfortable. 5 miles from downtown . Tia gave a great dinner recommendation of Dahl and dilucca. Would re-book if in the area!

The furnace in the 4th bedroom is to noisy and we also heard the sound in the other bedroom... maybe change the furnace and put one electric instead.... everything is super in the house......

We met in Phoenix many years ago, while my husband was going to school at Grand Canyon University. We currently live in Chandler, AZ, but I have always lived in Phoenix and my husband is from Oklahoma originally. We love Arizona, but the heat can be tough, thus the purchase of the Sedona home where we can cool off and get away!

This property was a find of a lifetime for us, as we were vacationing in Oak Creek Canyon on our anniversary. Although we live in Chandler, AZ, we had not been to the area in quite some time and were blown away by the beauty and uniqueness of the area. It was everything we were looking for: running creek water that can be heard and seen, tall mountains that can be seen from all views, several variety of
trees, cool temperatures, and absolute tranquility. We weren't in the market for a second home, but couldn't resist this one when it was shown to us while on our vacation! The things we love about it the most is the peacefulness and absolute beauty that surrounds this property. The canyon mountains are all around us, with Oak Creek literally behind us, which can be seen and heard very well from our deck. The birds are always singing and flying through the trees, and the history of the 100 year old orchard trees. As for the home it is very simple and easy to relax in. It is an older home that we were excited to completely update and remodel. With the construction out of the way, we are ready to enjoy this home and property for a long time!

We just couldn't resist the way that this property made us feel. It is so different from where we live in Arizona. The beauty of the land and surroundings make you feel that there is nothing to worry about it. Because there is so much to see and look at, your worries are taken away. There is nothing better than sitting in the back yard on the deck staring at the rushing creek as it moves past you with the soothing sound of water and looking up at the beauty of the mountains and trees. As my dad says, "Nothing else matters when you are here. The overwhelming sense of peace takes all of your cares away".
