The location is the best a studio can offer, right across the beach and walking distance to the Old Town & the Fortezza Castle with a magnificent 180o view of the horizon. The best view point to enjoy each magnificent dawn and every breathtaking sunset!!

Just around the block, one can find souvenir shops, grocery stores, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with a boho and earthy relaxing tone and decoration. Offering all the amenities someone can ask for like washing machine, coffee maker, high speed wifi, pans and pots and fully functional and spacious kitchen.

The space
The studio is designed as a comfortable and boho escape from the city.
The sea view and ethnic bamboo and wood furniture give a natural, warm and relaxing atmosphere. The sea is only 15 meters from your balcony, offering soothing waves and cool sea breeze even when you are relaxing in your bed.

The living room and bedroom are combined into one single room. However, there is a small space divider in the kitchen. Since 2023 it has been completely renovated with new furniture, bathroom and kitchenette, providing all comforts to its guests, such as:
-A very comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2.00m.)
-Large shower cabin with glass and rain shower
-A/c and flat TV
- High quality balcony furniture to enjoy the amazing view

The room opens to a comfortable balcony where guests can sit, relax and enjoy their stay! The direction of the room is north and offers a view of over 180°, early risers can enjoy the sunrise behind the mountains and romantic souls can admire the magnificent sunset behind the Fortezza castle of Rethymno and over the sea.

The studio is on the 2nd floor with a lift, just above the main promenade.

The kitchenette can be used to cook breakfast through dinner, fully equipped and organized for your convenience.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire studio, the balcony and the shared garden located at the back of the building (on the ground floor)
