Amazing holiday home with view at the water

Beautiful, spacious holiday home in the 2nd row with the most beautiful view at the water.



The house is located on a 1,465 m2 plot on 2 levels. Newly renovated in 2017 and 2022.



During the day you can sit and look at the water from the terrace or go down to the small bathing jetty (only 100 m away) and catch crabs or take a dip. The water is very child-friendly and shallow at the small, narrow beach.



At night you can enjoy the black night sky or sleep in the new shelter which is on the grounds (there are 4 mattresses in the holiday home which can be used in the shelter).



The house is large and spacious with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with 2 double and 2 single beds. A total of 6 sleeping places.



In addition, there is a bright and lovely kitchen with, among other things, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher and a comfortable sofa area with wood burning stove.



The large window sections in the conservatory ensure a great amount of light in the house. From here there is direct access to the terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. For the children, there are lots of games and a trampoline.



There is also a telescope in the conservatory if you want to enjoy the beautiful night sky.



If you fancy good food, Odsherred is the place for many good ingredients, and less than 10 km from the holiday home you will find the Michelin restaurant MOTA in Anneberg Kultur Park.



If you want to enjoy yourself on a stroll, Nykøbing Sjælland is not far away. The children can come to Sommerland Zealand (an amusement park), and if you would rather look at art, the holiday home is only a few kilometers from Swanernes hus - Malergården, where you can learn about the small but talented artist colony that was in Odsherred.
