We really enjoyed staying at this cute cabin. We had a wonderful chat with David who was super nice. I am only giving it a 4 star due to the cabin is right at the road. Roads here are crazy curvy and we did have alot of traffic come through while we were staying here. Not so loud but you could hear the traffic alot. We really did enjoy our stay! Thank you David!
Perfect family time!
Where to begin... We stayed the first week of April 2018. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jake's Cabin. David has put a lot of time into making sure that his guest feel at home. It was perfect and exactly what we were looking for, and what we needed. You tend to fall into the normal routine relying on the electronic world - We took some time and put that to the side to enjoy all of the natural beauty of the land. This was a snap back to whats important. Private and quiet location. We were close to our family and close to the parks that we wanted to visit. Thank you so much for opening the cabin to our family. We cant wait to return! I really enjoyed my morning cup of coffee and crisp cool breeze on the porch every morning. The Parks Family
the perfect peaceful retreat!
i loved this little secluded cabin! it was remote, but not so remote that i was afraid to be there alone. the property is just flat-out gorgeous. mountains all around the cabin. and bubbling creeks on three sides. it was so lovely to be able to sit on the porch swing in the mornings and just listen to the creek....the perfect peaceful moment. okay - the perfect peaceful hours if we are being truthful. and even though it was remote, i still had wifi!
the owner of this cabin couldn't have been more kind, more thoughtful, more helpful. i highly recommend this little getaway cabin.
Secluded little sanctuary..
This place is super cozy. Off the beaten path but still close to attractions. Dave the owner was amazing. 2 rooms. Nice kitchen dining room and living room. True cabin feel. Peaceful and relaxing. I cant wait to return!!!!
Had a great time and slept very well.
Thanks for the review. I can't control the weather, we've had real cold weather for the last week, fro 3 deg. at night to maybe getting in the thirties in the days. We are supposed to start warming up about Sunday.
I enjoyed having you, hope you had a safe trip home.
Cozy Biscuits in the Morning
David was the perfect host. We came in from Hawaii to visit our son and granddaughter, and the next day it snowed. We lost power, which meant we had know heat or water. David came out that night with water and a back up heater. The next morning he showed up with biscuits and coffee.
It was awesome!! Great way to start our stay. We stayed for two weeks and the cottage was perfect. Thank you David Kevin&Donna
