Saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Direkter Blick aufs Meer und den Strand von Empuribrava. Genügend Platz für 6 Erwachsene Personen. Gute Lage zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufen. Verwaltung Appart-Rent ist sehr professionell. Bei 6 Erwachsenen wären 2 Hausschlüssel von Vorteil da nicht immer alle gleichzeitig weggehen und zurück kommen.

Das Appartement ist schön gross. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und schwierig zu fahren, der Parkplatz sehr klein. Wir haben diesen daher nicht genutzt sondern im Außenbereich kostenlos geparkt. Die Ausstattung der Bäder könnte verbessert werden. Die Duschtüre war defekt, die Wandhaltung für den Brausekopf ebenfalls. Die Innentür zum Schlafzimmer liess sich nicht komplett (leise) schließen
