There are dozens of restaurants within 500m: Bistro Villa Margherita (in the same building), Restaurant Škuža (240m), Restaurant Lanterna (220m), Restaurant Oasi (500m), and others.
The first supermarket Studenac is 70m from the apartment, and bigger supermarkets like Lidl, Interspar, and Plodine are 4 km away.
Pješčana Uvala is a tourist-oriented part of Pula.
As you exit the apartment and step onto the beach there is a beach volleyball court, a basketball court, a children's playground, beach bars, and other cafes and bars.
